Someone I know recently took a Jeep into shop with a minor wobble. They told her the whole lift was bad and listed every imaginable part as needing to be replaced. Over a $6000 quote for 10+ year old Jeep.The fact that they couldn’t pin point this to a wheel bearing or a bushing but instead it’s the “whole lift” and every other part under the jeep is quite amusing yet sad at the same time.Clearly they were trying to take advantage of someone they knew had little knowledge. Extremely unethical and disgusting

Working with the staff was an amazing experience. Diana was super efficient with the paperwork and Matt, the head mechanic did a fantastic job. We were referred here and I think they did an outstanding job. I won’t go anywhere else at this point. Thanks Mike for making our Jeep, Slimer, look totally SICK!!! I think this was a 5 star rating from start to finish.

So...I order something small on the 7th of Dec. Got a confirmation E-mail so I waited. On the 14th, I get an E-mail that just says they refunded my purchase. Zero explanation of any kind. Just refunded. If you didn't have the darn thing, why did you waste my time selling it to me in the first place? It apparently took an entire week to figure out that they didn't have this? Very poor customer service. Don't waste your time ordering from this company.

I can’t speak highly enough of Mike and his staff. Without getting into details, suffice to say this is the ONLY shop I will trust with my Jeep moving forward. I live north of Columbus, so the drive is long, but 100% worth it to me to have the BEST TEAM in the Great State of Ohio work on my Jeep! This is not your average shop of back yard wrench turners who hang a sign on a building, these guys are professionally trained and certified mechanics and the quality of their work demonstrates this. Highly Recommend.

The team at Highlift helped me build a lean, mean, off roading machine. They kept me updated with pictures and information throughout the build... and didn't talk down to me being a female. The mechanics also took the time to review every change that was made and taught me what I needed to know to keep her running smoothly on or off road.

Highly recommend Highlift Off-road! Everyone at the shop is extremely nice and helpful. They answer all my questions and help build/fix my vehicle with all their knowledge. Every time I drop the Jeep off, I know it will be taken care of and then some.

Don’t do business with this shady company, having to go to court against this place. Did 5k worth of work and it broke 3 months later. I had to fix myself unless you want them to keep your vehicle for months.-first time I brought it in they said 3-4days. 4 weeks later I got it back. Then it broke 3 months later. Save your money or spend it else where. I might not win back much in court but they’ll spend more on lawyers than what could have been resolved.

Called to get a price on on clamps for an ARE Nissan frontier. Guy stated he needed the serial # i got the clamps from amazon, don’t even bother. Parts are on amazon clamps, gas shocks, brake light whatever you need. Price is probably cheaper as well.

Did an amazing job lifting my Toyota Highlander which they normally do not do but they were very informative fixed all the other issues with my control arm, brakes rotors and calipers.
