Purchased a washer and dryer from them ,washer doesn't work , called store and was told not there problem I needed to call maytag , even though I purchased it 30 minutes prior to calling them , ended up calling main store still waiting to see what comes of this , horrible customer service, would not recommend

Had a great experience working with Ryan to purchase a new mattress! He was very kind, professional, not pushy at all and knowledgeable.James was also very helpful overall with customer service for getting my pickup date scheduled and just an overall professional and nice guy.

I have had to deal with the supposed owner’s secretary, Yanaisa, better known as “Yani”, several times over the past few years and every single encounter has been awful!!! She is beyond rude. I have heard from several different Appliance Factory staff members that this a very common complaint not only from customers, but also with staff members. How this woman still has a job is BEYOND me! I am not one who believes that the customer is always right, but I have never in my life had such rude and disrespectful customer service as I have encountered with her. When I called to complain I was told that I was the 3rd customer today that had complained about her. Hopefully writing this Google review gets to the right person and something is done with her. Unfortunately, because of her, I will NEVER purchase anything ever again from Appliance Factory.4/3/24 - Update. The VP of sales personally reached out to me to apologize and make things right.I wasn’t aware that Yani was actually with the warranty company that they use.He immediately had someone come out and replace the drawer that was the issue and compensated me for my time and trouble.I appreciate the customer service with Appliance Factory, but when buying appliances I like to get the warranty. If they continue to use the current company that they have been using, unfortunately I won’t be buying from them again. Hopefully things will change.

Overall I'm very happy with my appliance, sales people were great. Installation guys were professional. We had a small misunderstanding about installation but and the copper pipes but we got it straightened out right away. Will definitely be bringing all my appliance needs here in the future.
