I visited Hellmans Clothiers to purchase my first suit for an upcoming reception. Chuck goes above and beyond to provide incredible customer service, I would recommend anybody looking for a suit to check out his store! Will definitely be back in the future!

I had the pleasure of working with Hellman Clothiers recently when it came time to needing a suit for a formal wedding. I dress casual 99.9% of time and haven't owned a suit that has fit me for several years and pretty much know nothing about suits in general. Being a bigger guy with some abnormal measurements, I've had mediocre experiences in the past with a couple of big-name suit stores in procuring a suit that looked and felt good. With the assistance of Chuck (Owner), Craig (Stylist), and Alassane (Tailor), I now have a suit that looks and FEELS great on me. Additionally, these guys provided top notch service every step of the way and never hesitated to give fashion advice given my lack of mens fashion knowledge. I cannot sing their praises enough!

Amazing wonderland for the modern man.I was in Cincinnati area for my sons wedding and realized that I forgot to bring neckties for the events. A quick Google search brought me to Hellmans Clothiers on Vine St., Downtown Cincinnati.When my wife and I walked into the store we found ourselves in a veritable candy store of menswear. This store was too amazing and almost too much to take in with just one visit. As we wandered through the store we were scooped up by Chuck, the owner, who helped pick out a tie, then another one, contrasting pocket squares and a great belt for everyday wear.Before we left the store I saw a jacket that I had to have. While they didn't have my size on the rack, getting one customized and ordered took just a few minutes and it delivered to my house in less than three weeks. It fits like a glove.Oh, and I forgot to mention... I'm 6'4" and most ties won't fit me. Not to worry, these guys can actually adjust the length of any tie and yes, they fit perfectly.This is an amazing place and I will definitely be returning every time I visit Cincinnati.Thanks Chuck & team.

I had a custom suite made for my wedding, and they did such a fantastic job! Craig was amazing, and guided me through all the details and made the entire experience fun and enjoyable! If you are thinking about using them for anything at all I would highly recommend, and won't be getting my suites from anywhere but Hellman Clothiers in the future!!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Hellman Clothiers. Chuck (and the rest of his staff) are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, funny, friendly, and inviting. While Hellman’s has a massive variety of coats, shirts, pants, suits, etc. , you do not just get clothing there. You get a full experience! Chuck was incredibly patient and friendly while helping me. You can tell he takes great pride in his work and wants his customers to look good and be happy with their purchase. I can say with certainty that I will return to Hellman Clothiers in the very near future, and have bookmarked them as the only place I will go moving forward for my dress clothes needs. Top-notch all around.

I needed to find a fitted dress shirt for a wedding the next day. Chuck was incredibly helpful with identifying the perfect shirt and his tailor was able to turn around alterations same day! I am so appreciative of Chuck’s superior customer service and warm demeanor. He is a true gentleman and his shop is a must go for anyone in need of fashion forward menswear.

Wow - what a wonderful experience! My husband needed a new suit and we walked out with 3 distinct looks! Chuck & Craig are amazing and gave us the most fantastic and personalized shopping experience ever. Love this place and can’t wait to go back for more casual looks for Fall!!!

Chuck and Craig went above and beyond for me. I have been a customer since they opened on Race St, purchasing custom dress shirts to trousers and socks. Most recently I had brought in a blazer to be altered, and it was discovered that the buttons on the sleeves actually worked! It made the alterations difficult but not impossible. And since I was heading out of town they shipped me the blazer.Truly exceptional service!

Mr. Craig was very professional, had great conversation. The clothing, shoes and accessories were some that you don't see in mall stores, inside or outside malls and stores. I had a great experience. If you want classy clothing go and take a look.

Went there as I needed a shirt as had forgotten mine for a wedding and had less than two hours. Craig was flawless as was the owner. Stepped right up, measured me, found me a shirt, worked with my budget, and quickly tailored it all within 45mins. Probably the best shop I’ve been to for service.

Great experience! Stopped in to get measurements for a suit, Chuck was incredibly helpful, gave very detailed measurements and explained what each measurement covered.The store is laid out nicely, very clean and organized. Stocked with a wide variety of options.I highly recommend stopping by to check out the stunning attire they offer. I’ll happily be back again!

Craig saved the day! I was downtown Cincinnati for a wedding and had a slight issue with my outfit. We stopped in for assistance and he was inviting and willing to assist. He took the time to share his knowledge/tips & tricks on how to fix the issue! We will definitely be stopping back when in town to support this great business!

Chuck is accommodating of one’s fashion preferences and, at my request of course, was excellent at pushing me to find something new. He goes beyond the extra mile.Craig is a gem. He goes above and beyond with his assistance with the clothing and the client’s own comfort. He went so far as to walk out of the shop to show me the best place to park.Alassane’s masterful tailoring skills cannot be overstated. I wish I could bring him every item of clothing I own. He’s very quiet, but make no mistake, this man has his eye on the details when it comes to clothing.I am extremely anxious when trying on clothes and all these gentlemen made me feel at home and comfortable. Hellman Clothiers cares and it’s readily apparent.I cannot recommend them enough!

These guys are awesome! I feel like a kid in a candy shop every time I go in there, as there are so many stylish clothes and accessories to chose from. Very friendly environment and wonderful service. Most importantly, they were able to fix a couple of pairs of pants of mine that other tailors tried in vane to get right. I highly recommend them!

Okay where to start. All of the staff at Hellman Clothiers were extremely friendly and knowledgeable in current styles. There are options abound for every level of class, from subtle to loud you can easily find whatever you want and know you're getting top of the line. Craig was extremely helpful and attentive, I would have been lost without his guidance. Alassane is a Master Tailor; he altered two shirts, two jackets, and a pair of dress pants in one morning! He even altered a pair of denim jeans in less than 15 minutes and each article of clothing was done with professional precision. 100% recommend and will be coming back for more styles!
