This is the best experience I've ever had with a chiropractor. They have a whole body approach to wellness from head to toe. They take the time to look deep to get to the root of your issues and have all the tools to help you. You're not in and out in 10 minutes like most places. Highly recommend.

Not happy with the test results and how things were not told upfront. Came in for vertigo. I remember talking to the chiropractor they said c1c2 is a little bit out of alignment needs to be adjusted. Never mentioned I have the degentative disc disease, never really said anything. You know after reading everything. Didn't think anything of it then fast forward to two years later this was 2021. Still had vertigo don't have it as bad so I went to another chiropractor. Then I call health quest for my records. To have the doctor check and see if his scan for the X-ray comes out the same as this doctor. That my c1c2 needs to be adjusted when I write on Google and a lot of people said you know it's very tricky that the chiropractor has to mess with that. So never knew I had any degenerative disc disease wasn't told anything about it in the notes I finally read to the doctor said we stated everything the patient knows that you know the risks involved with with this treatment this and that I'm thinking I never was told nothing if I was told two years ago that I had degenerative disc disease or even if it was a problem I would have addressed it then and there nobody wants to be told after knowing something 2 years later that you know it could be bad. Obviously never went back there their facility looks like it's a $2 million dollar facility and I don't like how the doctor never told me up front. So when I went to another chiropractor you know they also didn't really tell me much they didn't give me their actual opinions I sent them the information they said yes you have generative disc disease I'm like well that's not based off your records well that's what the last chiropractor said I said oh do I have it they said not really you do but it's not even worry about it's mild so I'm thinking wow for two years ago I could have known about this started treatment however this original doctor didn't tell me and on his papers he put we talked about all your situations and everything you had. That's a straight dishonest answer. I don't like that people just want money they'll put anything down just to make money off of you very dissatisfied very upset. Because of this this is not right if there's something that should have been told it should have been told right away and should have said look this is the situation this is what you got these are the problems this is how we can fix it here so solutions never came back there cuz I didn't like how I felt like you know they were just trying to get me to come in multiple times to make more money since insurance was paying for it be careful going to this place it's fancy but I don't know if they're being honest. I'm going to get a third opinion from an actual orthopedics I'm in funny you coming for one thing and they make it seem like it's something worse but yet I never knew about it now I had to get the results from them and them stating that they told me was straight dishonest not happy with this place one star for dishonesty

I'm in phases 2 of my treatments. I'm feeling much better now, I'm beginning exercise and stretching treatments after my adjustments seems to be working great. My balance is coming back slowly but continues to get better every day. Make sure you and your family make an appointment to get your body back in alignment and find out how much better you feel. They even have great payment plans for everybody's budgets.

I came here with back pain. That was 4 months ago. They helped me very well. They have formed a great team. I am very grateful to everyone. Now I feel better, the pain is gone. Many thanks to them. How good it is to live without pain.

I've been going to Health Quest since June 2023. Headaches, and lumbar/ hip pain. Twice a week. I've seen great improvements in balance and in leg pain. The staff is phenomenal, location is easy to get to. Doctors are incredible. You must try this place.

Dr. Marc Littrell was genuinely concerned, and extremely thorough in examining my issue of leg and knee pain; He saw something on the X-ray that had him suggest I see my family physician for a MRI before proceeding, I will definitely be returning for treatment after getting those results! The holistic, knowledgeable and professional office is where I feel confident, I will get the results I want to see in regaining my quality of life back! Thank you Dr. Littrell

This place gets it! From Dr Pruitt to the entire support staff. They all work towards my better health and well being. I would highly recommend them to anyone e who has an injury or strain and wants the best outcome without surgery. What a Blessing.

This is Melissa Gribbins (my son and I have same google account) and I have been scared for years to go to a chiropractor. My neck was getting to the point of starting to cause migraine auras and just in pain a lot more. I have been twice and feel sooo much better. Dr. Mark Littrell only does what I am comfortable with and explains everything to me so I am not scared. I was sooo freaked out at my first appointment that my blood pressure was 156 lol but not anymore. Also, my second appointment, I told him about my lower back and hips, felt tight and he fixed them without even popping me. In which, I am still to scared to get adjusted in that area so he won’t til I am comfortable. He fixed it by just stretching me. Very satisfied and excited to see how much better I will feel in future.

I'm so grateful for Dr Mark I'm grateful for Caitlin for calling to schedule me an appointment and so thankful to Courtney for hooking me up for my treatments. I feel so much better than when I walked in the door. I was able to walk better and my pain was less. I thank God that I have a connection to Health Quest and Dr Mark and he was very compassionate and he encouraged me in my face. I am so blessed to have walked into the office. I look forward to an expeditious recovery. May God bless all the staff at Health Quest for being such wonderful caregivers. My life was changed today and I am ever so grateful to God for the kind staff and the gentle treatment and the care and compassion given from the time I walked in the door to meet Caitlin Melissa she was so caring and she listened and it was just a blessing to be in that office under such wonderful care today I am forever grateful.
