It appears that the store is open by appointment only, according to a sign by the door (which is in the back of the building). This is not advertised anywhere else that I have seen. When I called to clarify, I got someone's personal voicemail that did not identify their affiliation with the store, so I'm not even sure it's the right number. Terribly unprofessional.

Went there after 11 on a Saturday. Doors were locked and nobody was there.

Made a special trip at 3p on a Saturday. Google says they are open and the sign on their store says they are open 11a-5 on Saturday. Door was locked and no one is there. Judging by other reviews this is a common occurrence.

I went to the store at 11:09 am on a Thursday and the door was locked. The first number listed on the sign said he wasn’t sure his business partner was in yet. Why have business hours if you aren’t going to be there? Then he told me to check out chairish. I told him I didn’t want to shop on their that I wanted to see the items. He acted like I was the rude one by saying I was going to say we have 1500 items on there you look and call me back and I’ll give you a direct price. Umm not what I want. I wanted to see the pieces

The hours are not reliable. I went to the times listed and called. No one answered.

Art. Real art is at Hawksworth Manor. Magnificent place!!! I loved the experience. It is a museum experience but you can actually purchase real art for yourself. Paintings, hand made rugs, and amazing art. Hawksworth Manor is off the beaten path but well worth the trip into an amazing art world that you did not know exist: an amazing experience into the world of yesterday that you can actually taste and take home and enjoy the qualities of another century. These opportunities rarely exist today.

Great antique store. Bought an antique Serapi carpet and a lovely 19th c Kazak. We put a Federal table on layaway. The owners were very knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed just looking at the artwork. Must say we were surprised to see a store like this in our area.

Waste of my time. Had spotted a dresser on the website I had been searching for. Tried to call before driving down to Cinci to see if it was still available and to confirm that the store would be open. Went straight to voicemail several times over the course of 2 hours so I left a voicemail asking to call back. Also tried emailing, but the email bounced back due to being an invalid email address so then I emailed through the website. Still no answer, a day later. Also tried visiting the Facebook webpage listed on the website, but it too was an invalid link. I was able to add the dresser to my shopping cart online and there was a little message that popped up at the top recommending to call about the item, but it seemed like I could've followed through with paying for it if I really wanted to. At this point I questioned if this place was still in business and wasn't about to send my money to nowhere. I ended up driving down to Cinci for another item on the other side of town from this place and decided to just stop by since I was going to be down here anyway. Store was open. The 3 guys there were friendly and welcoming, but they informed us the item had already sold. So it still wasted about an hour of my time adding this stop to my trip. I'm sure they are pleasant to work with and they probably pride themselves with finding nice antiques, but I'm frustrated by the many failed attempts to contact them via multiple avenues and the wildly outdated website.

The best antique store I have ever been to. They call it the home of real antiques and now I see why. I visited all the stores in the Cincinnati area and some were OK, but this one stood out. We bought a painting within our budget and hope to come back next year. Thanks Brandan for the tip!
