Beautiful rooms and ambiance with a convenient location in downtown Cincinnati. The service was also commendable, and I’d like to give a special mention to Jinky for her outstanding work 😊

The hotel was awesome, and the atmosphere was great. My only issue is that there's not a good place to enter from the parking garage. Parking needs adjusted somehow. Throughout the week it'll cost at least $30/day extra to park.

A great hotel in a very interesting building.
Rooms: My room was great. The toilet room and shower room were very large and there were large windows allowing lots of light in. It was a Hilton so the bed was comfortable.
Nearby activities: The Blind Pig and other spots are walkable or a short Uber ride away.
Safety: I felt very safe.
Walkability: Downtown, it is very walkable.
Food and drinks: I did not eat here, but did consume the bottled water for Diamond members.

Can’t connect to wifi and no one answers at the phone. Just about as bad a hotel as you can find.

The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Cincinnati. I picked this spot bc of that fact. But if We ever hit Cincinnati again. I'm looking somewhere else. Bc of the price alone. $312 for 1 night. There was an event going on. But it was during the fall. Shouldn't be the busy season. So, I didn't get the while 300 a night deal. & one would think valet would be included when you book a room. But no! Thts part of the 300+ price tag. But I will say this. The rooms were nice. The people were kind. The Breakfast the next morning was huge. Other than tht. It was just another place to stay.

Nice remodeled hotel with a strange 2-in-1 layout (Hampton on one side, Homewood on the other). Don’t pay for valet parking! There is a parking garage 20 feet from the front door and it’s safe. $18/day instead of $40. Breakfast is good. Staff is outgoing & nice.

I was charged twice for a room! Called and she said she would have it refunded and I would get it within 3-5 business days depending on my bank. Woke up this morning to them trying to charge me a 3rd time!! My bank luckily marked it as fraud. Ridiculous trying to charge me 700$ for a one night stay that was already pre paid for.

Rooms: My suite was bigger than a studio apartment. Loved having so many charging outlets readily available. A bit cool for me, and no heat control. GREAT desk area.
Nearby activities: Tons of nearby stuff to see and do.
Safety: Perhaps a bit sketchy at street level, but I never felt unsafe.
Walkability: Great walking on an easy-to-understand grid.
Food and drinks: Marvelous breakfast with great variety.
Noteworthy details: Valet or self-park in a garage next door (not included in room charge.)

Took grandson and his friend to a concert. Everyone here was very nice friendly and helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Breakfast was excellent, valet parking was exceptionally nice. All these people saying this place is not up to par need to humble themselves. Thanks Hampton very nice.
Rooms: We were on the back side so it wasn't great but it wasn't bad either, clean and quiet.
Nearby activities: Seemed to be a lot going on north of the hotel.Lots of people in restaurants bars ect.
Safety: Felt very safe and comfortable.
Walkability: Yes
Noteworthy details: Very beautiful old building loved all the old accents. We sure used to build beautiful buildings back then.

Prior to checking in, I had the opportunity to select my room. I did so and upon checking in they started to put the correct room on the door keys, and then changed it. No explanation of why my room was changed to the one across the hall. No hot water for 2 days. Check out process was quick but not polite. Provided room number and they said. Ok. No offer of a printed bill, no "Thank you for staying with us", nothing. Just "Ok", and back to their computer. I asked if there is anything else and she rudely said no.
Room had no temperature control - did not matter what you put the temperature at the AC kept running. Should not have been surprised, as there was a hole in the wall where the thermostat was mounted.
Valet parking was pricey. $42/day, and then tip everytime you get and return your car. Recommended tip on app was $7 per interaction. The valet people were wonderful - best part of the hospitality experience. Friendly, helpful with directions even for walking somewhere.
Location is excellent.

Their customer service is so terrible. The lady called Jesse, whom I talked to after several trial, treated me badly. She doesn't show any tolerance or respect to the customer. I will never ever book Hampton Inn again.

Terrible experience. Location is great, rooms were clean. But we had early check in and as we were checking in the reception was complaining openly about early check in. Awkward. Our AC unit did not work, got over 80 in a small stuffy room, and in reading below, this is common. Something Hampton should address. We asked about AC unit, said they would send maintenance and keep us updated via text front desk sent me. No communication. I had to call and then it was “oh. Yea. We were just told they need a new part”. Suuure. Staff was terrible. For the price, it’s not worth it. I’d say you get better amenities at a hotel 8.
