The prices are ridiculous. These items are donated. You might as well go to a real store and get what you need. If you want a real bargain where they do daily deals visit st. Vincent on winneste, they never fail me.

I had high hopes for this organization, but my experience left me deeply disappointed. Despite hearing good things about them, their service was nothing short of terrible. They failed to show up. When I called, they claimed they did come but couldn't reach me. I was at my house, literally waiting for them since I was traveling the next day. I have Ring cameras to confirm their no-show - I received no call from them as they claimed, nor any call or voicemail. The furniture I had, which was furnishing a beautiful house, consisted of high-quality pieces valued at approximately $4,000. I took great care to cover them to prevent any damage when they arrived. However, to my disbelief, they claimed they did come but refused to take the furniture, citing its condition without even bothering to inspect it properly, as it was covered and there was no movement in the covering. This entire experience left me bewildered, especially since I had travel plans the next day. It was a complete disappointment, and nothing about it made sense.

This used to be a great place to find affordable furniture. I used to recommend it to friends and family. I will never recommend this rip-off shop again. They've nearly quadrupled their prices!You people had this stuff donated to you, and you're selling it at consignment shop prices. Pricing poor people out of an important resource. I will never come here again and I have warned everyone not to waste their time. It's all about money here now. Guess it's no longer a non-profit... At least St.Vincent DePaul still gets it! I'm definitely boycotting the Restore! Greedy POS... DONATE TO ST. VINCENT DEPAUL!!!!

I've been here many times since i moved to the area but after yesterday i will never go back. prices seem to have quadrupled. if i told you about this wobbly little end table, you wouldn't believe me when i say it costs 80 dollars. other insane prices, you could find better stuff in new condition at any furniture store!! screw that place. there's a good will a couple miles away. i got an excellent piece of furniture for 40 dollars.
