I had an idea of what I wanted and a budget, but other than that, no real experience or knowledge in anything jewelry related. It was easily apparent after our initial conversation how passionate and knowledgeable he is about his work in the jewelry business. Howard met me a few days later with some diamonds to look at and I knew I made the right choice.
