I should have listened to the Google reviews. Called this man in the morning and he said he was coming between 1-2, called him back around 230 and he said he was headed to the warehouse but it wasn't even for the correct part. It's 2 hours later and I've yet to hear back. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS MAN I've been sitting around all day for a dead mission. Never again

If i could leave zero stars I would. Horrible customer service. First of all, they NEVER answer the phone. And when they do, the lady on the other end is rude. We scheduled an appt for Monday the 26th of December and they never showed. Never even called to let me know. So I asked if she had times available today (12/27) and she said she would check with the guy and call back. Well now my number is blocked. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! It's a wonder they are still in business!!

My phone call was answered on the first ring and within three minutes I had a quote for labor and an appointment to have my car window repaired. The technician, who is also the owner of the business, showed up at my apartment within an hour. He was done installing my new window in just under 45 minutes. He was competent, kind, and professional. The price was reasonable and I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone needing an emergency replacement of a car window.

Will got me in quicker than any one else. His communication was good about when my window would be available. He came to my job got my window fixed all for a great rate. On top of that he recommended someone to me to get my tint and additional body work done which was all replaced and complete within 48 hrs. I appreciate him and his team. All super sweet and do things the right way :)Service: Auto side window replacement

I know this place has mixed reviews but seriously Will was amazing. Yes, I think you might be calling a personal line (as another review stated) but he was friendly and ready to help. I needed an estimate to determine whether I should make a claim on my insurance and he figured out cost within minutes, and went further to find out if the window was in stock right away. He scheduled my repair for the next day and stayed in contact with me throughout the process. He showed up when he said he would, replaced my window perfectly, cleaned out the car, and charged me a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.Service: Auto side window replacement

Called at 10 in the morning to get quote. Then we scheduled the installation, and he’s been on his way since 12 PM and as I’m writing this message, he just called and cancelled my appointment citing traffic as the issue. He’s very unprofessional instead of telling me he was booked or busy he led me on to believe he was coming. I’m glad I have a appointment in the morning somewhere else. I wouldn’t recommend.

Had my windshield replaced. Came to my work to do it. Beat everyone's price and was a breeze to work with. Definitely recommend. Someone saying he "won't honor a groupon coupon" is probably because he was already giving them the deal within his quote.

One ring and goes straight to what sounds like an individual's personal voicemail. On top of that, the mail box is full and can't accept any messages!! Not a good 1st touch point with a possible new customer!
