Called for info on a guitar. Was told I'd hear from them shortly. 5 hours later, I called and was told they were "just about to look at it," but it was sold. That's what happens when you take 5 hours to address a simple question. Guitar Centers get worse and worse. When someone calls for info on a guitar, give it to them!

Service department provided excellent service. Was a little pricey but they went end to end on my guitar, and even went as far as polishing the frets to the point I could see my reflection.
Great setup and great service. Turn around was great too.

Not one employee talked to me. The layout is beyond weird. Prices were insane. I ended up getting nothing and just leaving.

Great selection of gear and instruments, but HORRIBLE customer service. I have spent hundreds of dollars here before on gear purchases and repairs, but there has been an obvious decline in customer service within the last 2 years, and what happened today has ensured that I will not be spending anymore money here. I had a question about a potential instrument repair, and I asked if I could swing by and get it looked at. I was greeted by a very moody and condescending guitar tech, saying he was “skeptical” of my request and said he wasn’t willing to do “free repairs.” I did not ask for a “free repair.” After he put words in my mouth, I wanted to clarify what I meant, but before I could, he interrupted and said “I don’t want to waste my time” and abruptly hung up. This call only lasted about 30 seconds. I see a quantity of recent reviews also have complaints about bad customer service, and seeing this reinforces my stance of not coming back.

Not a single word or acknowledgment from any employee when I got there or while shopping around. I don't expect to be doted on or bothered the whole time, but a simple acknowledgment that I was there or to see if I needed help would have been nice. Sam Ash, even in their awful disarray, at least welcomed me and asked if I needed help.

The place has many different types of guitars giving it a beautiful atmosphere! But last time I was there someone was smoking and it reaked! But other than that loved it!

Husband bought 2 guitarts, spent lots of money for them plus I have had to take back 2 Williams pianos. Not worth what you pay for them!!!
