I love my daughters doctor but some of the nurses in the practice there in the office and the ones on the after hour answering service need to learn how to speak to very concerned mothers over their child being sick. In the beginning it was great and they said they leave some spots open for sick children during the day my daughter has been fighting this cough for almost 4 weeks now it’s causing her to wake up gagging in her sleep through out the night and she can’t stop coughing I am concerned it’s in her lungs and was trying to express the urgency of her needing to be seen and her symptoms and very rudely, nurse Christina said your child isn’t the only one we see which did cause me to defend my child because that statement was very unprofessional and not caring when a mother is scared I then asked her if she was a mom because to me it didn’t sound like it she was speaking over me literally running her mouth and as I was trying again to speak the urgency of my daughter being seen I told her listen how you are speaking over a mother concerned for her child . And she instantly went to saying something along the lines of how dare you say I don’t care about my kids which that never came out of my mouth ? She was to busy running hers to truly here what I was speaking about my own child’s health . There’s been quite a few incidents with this office involving their nurses and one dr that almost overdosed my child as a infant that the pharmacy caught thank god ! Dr Warrick is great though I do truly like her . But some of these nurses need to learn about patient care and how to speak to concerned mothers this lady was highly unprofessional . And did nothing to reassure that they care for the need of my child I understand my child isn’t the only one that goes there that didn’t need to be thrown in my face the way she said it and my only concern is my child I don’t need to know about you seeing other kids I’m calling to see what you can do for mine which is what your paid to do !

I've been going to group health since I was a child and have continued as an adult heading into senior years. My only complaint is my providers have all been going into retirement so I need to get used to new doctors and nurses for routine care

It was a regular checkup and I got two booster shots. It's always good to leave with a clean bill of health.

Dr Thompson is the best! We drive over 40 minutes to see him. The nurses and office staff have all been wonderful and we have a great visit every time we go.

Dr. Thompson in the pediatric department is the best doctor I could have chosen for my son. He goes above and beyond providing the best care for my son, and also cares about me which he doesn't have to do! He is very personable, i had a late term miscarriage and a whole year later when we came in for my sons appointment, he asked how I was doing from my loss which was something he didn't have to remember. I will recommend him to any family looking for the best for their children!

Waiting for 6 hours to be seen was awful,I only gave the 5 stars because I received 10 stars for the nurses and doctors while being admitted.. kudos for them!!!

So are you guys taking notes from the sackler family and ignoring your patients? I’ve tried reaching out for three days to reschedule my appointment and I’ve been on hold for over an hour I will not pay any fee for your lack of ability to answer a phoneUpdate I have now been on hold for almost two hours and I almost bet they are still going to charge me even tho I’ve been calling for three days

My two boys see Dr. Thompson here and we think he's a fantastic pediatrician! He listens well, always asks if I have any questions (and if I have a question, he'll answer it thoroughly then ask again if I have any questions!). He takes his time, is very personable and always asks about the family. He interacts with my children and makes them feel at ease. Highly recommend! We also have been impressed with the ease and speed of getting appointments, the nurse line, and even the receptionists.

Dr. Warrick is an amazing doctor for our sweet little girl. She is able to answer all of our questions and genuinely cares for her little patients. We made the switch from another doctor and we have been so happy with our decision!!

I went here my whole life but over the years the environment has definitely changed. I have felt unheard in some visits, and several interactions I’ve had with staff over the phone have been quite unpleasant. They could definitely benefit from some self reflection and considering how they’re interacting with patients. Thanks for your time, but no thanks.

My children see the Peds and I love it but unfortunately I cannot say the same thing about the OB department. It takes weeks for me to get an appointment on my days off.( I have 2 a week) Then they are ALWAYS running behind. The receptionist do not even mention at check in that they are running behind. After sitting in the waiting room for over 30 minute', I asked and was told it would be another 45 minutes! For a check up!.Needless to say they do not care about their patients time and obviously are over booking the doctors. Unfortunately another situation where they care more about making money than their patients.

Love all the doctors our family visits there. Shout out to Dawn and the new Dr. Sanker. Andy and the crew in the pharmacy are a delight!
