I used this service when in town for a conference and had to give a shout out to my super friendly driver Hassan. I was trying to get to a happy hour event from the Cincinnati airport and wanted to avoid cab stands. I searched and found him on my phone while on the plane. I chose him from a Google Ad that said I could speak directly to a driver instead of going through a call center. Hassan answered and was outside the baggage claim to pick me up the moment I walked out of the airport. I couldn't believe how quickly he got there. I would definitely recommend Hassan to anyone in a hurry!
