Funny we just walked in and I'm already writing this!!!! Called in and Jessica asked my granddaughter's name. When we walked in we were greeted by a bubbly beautiful young lady smiling and so happily interacting with Nova calling her by name!!! I'm extremely impressed and feeling the love of this business!!! Glad to be here!!!!!
In addition to this initial impression, down below are the photos of Nova's hair! She was so happy and sent the pics to EVERYONE! Thank you Jessica for this great experience!

My first time at this salon, and the staff was extremely friendly with great customer service!
Jessica's talent was above and beyond with my new color. She was incredibly attentive, conversational, and made me feel well pampered! Prices for color were also very reasonable. She definitely earned my business!

I really want to commend the great and friendly service that Bev provided while trimming and styling my hair. I deeply appreciate the patience and attention to the details during the haircut, specially when dealing with a very tricky, very fine and heavily straight hair full of cowlicks like mine. Bev was very nice and friendly and carefully listened while I was trying to explain how I wanted my hair, which I appreciate since I'm not a native English speaker. I left very happy with the result, may hair has texture and form and Bev made it easy for me to style it by myself. I definitely plan visit back for my next trim.

Great vibe at this friendly, classy, comfortable salon. Jerry (the owner) greeted me and made me feel right at home. And Beverly gave me the best haircut I've had in years! So glad I found these talented, wonderful folks. Oh, and parking is a breeze!

Mary is the BEST hairstylist in Cincinnati!! I went from a fromp to a STUNNER! She took her time with me, discussed the haircut... And gave me more than I expected! Got a same day appointment with Mary and I am so so glad I randomly chose this place. She is the best kept secret of Cincinnati. I LOVE my hair so much. Days later I still feel pretty when I look in the mirror.
