I went in the afternoon and there was no other customer in sight when I walked in. The two employees were welcoming, very friendly and overall just a great experience.
I believe my stylist was Ebony? Shoutout to you and your coworker! You guys were amazing and you were super helpful with my haircut. I highly recommend this location.

I got very bad hair cut. The stylish didn't even spend 5 minutes and she is very eager to complete send away. I have asked 3 length but at front she trimmed a lot and it's looking very bad. She used trimmer so hard on my neck that I am getting irritation on skin. Lastly comes to billing where I had a coupon of 12.99 but I am seeing it's not applied fully which I realized later.it

Wish it wasn't so hard to find coupons that work or are accepted. Cant find that anymore.

I came in as a walk in while visiting from out of state, not knowing anyone or anything about the location but hoping for the best. My stylist took me right away and was fun to work with, as well as super fast. She did a great job with my trim and got me in and out quickly.

I asked my stylist for a simple trim, about 3 or so inches off because I hadn't had my hair cut in a while, however I did not receive what I asked for. The hair in the back of my head is significantly longer than that hair in the front. It seems that she cut off about 3 inches in the front and 1 inch in the back. It wasn't until the end of the cut that she told me she'd decided to give my hair "layers", but I've had layers before and it was nothing like this. This is NOT what I asked for and I'm rather disappointed.

I was there 11/30 and last customer of the day. I was not treated like a customer. If you are late, request customer to come next day. Instead do not take and show faces. Bad haircut I received in the recent days.
