After receiving a terrible hair cut, the manager "Chris" called me back and offer me a free redo. She is an expert. She listened to what I want and make it become perfect. this is one of the most perfect hair I have ever had. Very appreciate what Chris did as a manager, customer service is amazing!
Becareful with this location
I am usually very busy and never spend my time doing this but today I HAVE TO. I got a terrible haircut with zero effort from the staff at this location. Attached is the image of my hair when it's done. 8 minutes which is too short for a haircut period.
I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE.

The past few times I have gone, my hair was perfect and matched my reference photos exactly. Yesterday, however, I came in and the man who helped me was clearly just ready to go home, he somehow managed to cut ten inches and then style it in about ten minutes. It's very choppy and uneven, as well as way shorter than I asked for. It's partially my fault because I went an hour before closing, but I'm still disappointed. Hopefully next time is better!

Haven’t had my hair cut in over 2 years so I stopped in the other day and was greeted with great hospitality from Ms. Noel then she gave me the best hair cut I’ve probably ever had it was so good I plan on coming back every 2-3 weeks to stay fresh!!I highly recommend requesting Noel for a haircut !!!

Unfortunately, very sad posting this and I tried my best to keep it together yesterday. I agreed to have an inch cut off an INCH. My hair touched my back bra strap and came down to my chest in the front. Now it's at my shoulders I am absolutely devastated and couldn't do anything but panick in the shop yesterday. I will never be back, I will never visit Noel again. She cut my hair off, with me looking away from the mirror talking about my hair growth journey. Nothing can fix this, this is where I'm at now and I am just at a loss for words. You cut over 4 inches of hair off, not an inch. My family lost their minds when I walked in the door and couldn't believe what you did. It's above my shoulders and idk how you could do that to me.

It is always great to get a haircut at great clips. The employees so nice. If you want to get a haircut at an affordable price, I believe there are few alternatives.

Stopped in on my way back from lunch. I had pre-registered and there was no wait. My haircut is pretty simple, so i was in and out in 10 minutes. Love this location, so convenient.

First time I ever went to Great Clips , but because I had a discount coupon on my Kroger receipt (Kroger being across the street) , I decided to try it out . Andy cut my hair and I am more than pleased with the results ! SUPERB job !!
