The stylist Kelly was great but I did not like when checking out with a credit card it listed tip amounts. I would like to fill in my own amounts. This was new.

My daughter and I went in for haircuts and had a great experience !!! Our stylist was CRYSTAL She did an amazing job she layered and did curtain bangs for my daughter. I was very impressed with the way she treated her, she was very kind and funny so I requested her to cut mine. she was very professional as we had great conversation that was full of laughter. I would highly recommend her.we will most definitely coming back!!

Wait time is very minimal. Shannon is the best, but honestly, I have never had an issue or problem with the other hair dressers. They ask me how I want it cut and every time it’s great cut.

My son and I went there this morning. My haircut turned out fine, but my son got the worst haircut I have ever seen. The stylist did not follow the directions I gave and did a terrible job on his hair. I usually go to the Great Clips in Taylor Creek which is 10 minutes away and they do a good job, but went to White Oak today since it is 2 minutes from my house and regret that decision. I would steer clear of this business.
