I guided a customer (my daughter ) your direction today and you told her you couldn't help. She had a bent rim I would have thought that type of repair was down your ally. Got it fixed and new set of tires from the local shop. One of you post looks over the top and puts the little shops down with a discount suggestion. Making sure everyone knows on this day your shop made some stress out more than they needed.

I stopped at this store had trouble starting car sometimes. Wanted alternator checked that that was problem. Mechanic said he could test it after he finished some other stuff. But said he didn't think was alternator was the problem possibly the battery. But said bring back tomorrow will check for you. I went to auto zone get checked. Yes needed battery. I thank them for their honesty. A welcome relief during these dishonest price gouging days. Thank you :)

They got my car right. Parts are hard to come by for this particular model, however, they are realistic with their time-line. I might not be able to take it in the next day because of this, however, the date they give, they were able to deliver. My car was done so early that I thought when they called to tell me it was ready that they were going to tell me it needed something else. Nope! They were done!

Do you enjoy spending part of your precious weekend in a mechanic's waiting room? Do you relish the smell of burnt coffee and motor oil? television commercials blaring over the sound of air impact wrenches? ... Because I have worked in downtown Cincinnati for decades, I have avoided the above hellscape by dropping off my car at this Good Year location before work and picking it up when the day is done. Over the years, the good people at Good Year have checked and rotated my cars' tires many times, plugged at least a couple of nail holes, checked and changed the fluids on a semi-regular basis (my irregularity entirely!), and sold me two sets of tires. And I do sincerely mean "good people." Polite, professional, and knowledgeable, people. Thank you. A few technical time/money-saving notes-- -Schedule appointments on Good Year's website. -Good Year credit card offers no interest, limited time financing of major purchases...like 4 new tires...ouch. -Take advantage of the Valvoline rebates on oil changes One final note -- Good Year is an Ohio company! Support the local economy!
