Only performed donations.We we're meet at the donation point with a positive attitude.And did we have to do the drop directly and told the team there what bag held what item types (clothing or other), then passed the containers along.

It took ringing the bell about 5 or 6 times just to be able to donate so keep that in mind.

It was closed and I didn't want to put good stuff in bins out front to get wet.

This is just a drop off location, so not sure how to rate them badly. They always have carts outside to drop off my items, they have receipts posted right on the outside of the wall (I've never used one). About 90% of the time a worker, sometimes two, come out and take your items in right away. It's quick in and out with your car.... so yeah, I've got no complaints with the place!

I think its poor setup. Especially if someone has a ton of stuff to drop off. And feel uncomfortable making someone wait long for drop off.

Hard to drop off in the middle of the day when both front and back chains are up! 6 bins out front. Front chain is up! I would have emptied my own car. It is ILLEGAL to just block Kenwood are to empty your entire trunk and back seat. It doesn't count as working if you don't let people drop off - This isn't a slow day. This is a work stoppage.

I liked this center because they had open bins on wheels and it was possible to place your donation inside with out the risk of dropping nice thing's.
