Worker came out and spilt a large bucket of boiling water into the sunroof of my car covering my Grandpa Mumford. Had to go the hospital for serious burns! Amazing time! Would come again! Image is of Grandpa after burns

We are very happy to donate all leftovers after yearly yard sale. Last year attendant was rude so we thought just bad day but today I just dropped off this year's which are nice things and was different attendant but again....was not friendly...not even a smile or thank you. Giving to others is a gift...how can not have compassion .

Every time I donate at this drop off center, the attendant is rude & nasty. There is another attendant that is friendly & helpful. No need for rudeness. Employee was there today 6/5/20 at 2pm. Drop off on corner of Cleves Warsaw Pike & Ebenezer, Cincinnati, Ohio 45233

I went there two times today and dropped off some nice stuff. Both times the guy wouldn't say anything, not even a thank you. I ca read body language and could tell he didn't didn't want anyone to come in. They need to replace him and get someone who can provide a little more customer service. He makes you never want to return.
