My car got broken into and I get a replacement for my rear driver side because it got smashed by a brick. I called and asked for an estimate. I asked the person on the phone if they clean up the glass too, which he said “yes.” They did not clean the glass and I had to take it to a car wash place to vacuum it out myself. I’m pretty frustrated because I could’ve gotten the job done for cheaper at Glass Pro if I had known they weren’t going to clean up the broken glass.

Shenice was horrible customer service I called for a quote and when I expressed I was given a lower quote she snarled and hung up on me. Definitely dodged a bullet not using this company apparently. Terrible way to run a business.

I had a wonderful experience from scheduling to installation of a broken passenger window! I wrote in for a quote last night, received a call within an hour to let me know they had an opening the next day for a mobile repair! Terrance T. came by and helped me understand the process. Unfortunately, I made an error on the year of my car so they had the wrong glass, but Terrance worked to get a new piece and came back to install it super fast! I called 6 different companies in the tri state area all the other companies didn’t have openings or made excuses as to why they would’nt make it the same day..!!! I needed my windshield replaced the same day they made it happen super friendly fast customer service Ashley was a big help.!!??

I just went this morning to get my window fixed they’re was a scheduling issue we mixed days up but they still took my car back and fixed it within 30 mins , cleaned it and made it like my window was never broke! If I ever have issues i will defiantly go back here! They have great prices too!

I had a frustrating experience working with this company. When two of my vehicle windows were smashed through, Glass America worked with me and my insurer to schedule a next day repair. However, they had to reschedule the repair appointment two more times and were not able to repair my vehicle until six days later. I had to call my insurer multiple times to update my car rental reservation. The reason for the delays was that the glass was not available at their supplier. I can understand if the glass was not available, but the communication about when it would be available was not upfront or honest. It made me feel uncared for because they were not able to communicate clearly with their supplier about the glass availability. The staff with whom I communicated were generally kind and friendly, and the repair was eventually completed just fine. However, being with an inoperable vehicle is stressful and the challenges of working with Glass America exacerbated it. Because of this, I would not work with this company again.
