We absolutely loved living at Garfield tower. The price was such a steal. The building was always super quiet which was an awesome surprise given it’s a large multi unit building downtown.
The property manager, Emily, was always on top of things. We never had to wonder what was going on with a maintenance request or other inquiry. She was always willing to help any way she could. The maintenance team was also super friendly and quick to fix any issues.
Overall it was by far the best apartment I’ve ever lived in because of the price, management, location and neighbors/lack of noise. We only moved to be closer to family, otherwise we would absolutely still be at Garfield tower and we still miss it all these months later. If you need an affordable 1 bedroom in downtown and don’t need anything too fancy, Garfield tower is the absolute best place you’ll be able to find.

I lived here for 2 years and 3 months. I absolutely loved Garfield. It’s in a perfect area, near bars/restaurants and there is always something fun going on in the area. The building is very well kept, a secure mail room, and a nice laundry room. Garfield is dog friendly and welcomed our pup with open arms.
The staff is amazing. Emily, Shaun, and the rest of the Garfield team were outstanding, friendly and work so hard to make sure Garfield is a perfect place to live. Maintenance was always fast and efficient.
The Garfield team truly goes out of their way to make residents feel at home.

Lived here for about 15 months as I finished up my degree at Xavier and worked downtown.Really nice space, amenities, management, neighbors, and cost.They do their due diligence on the backend, and are more than accommodating on the frontend. (Emily is great)I was lazy with my move out and rightfully paid for it. Don't be like me.Would highly recommend for anyone except a family of 4+

Love the way that the staff treated my needs and concerns of not just me but also all of my friends. The staff, from maintenance, property manager & agents always go above and beyond when assisting with concerns. The downtown location is great and very safe. There’s a secured parking garage attached to the other side of the building ($120/month). The rooftop clubhouse and pool are great to hangout in. Great process when it comes to leasing with them. Again recommend on living here!

Garfield Tower is an awesome and affordable place to live in downtown Cincinnati. The managers (Emily!) and maintenance team is great, the location is superb, the only downside is the apartments are a bit dated, but that is nothing in compared to what you get for your money.

I signed a 6 month lease here and LOVED everything about it, very spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment! Jessica was super helpful in accommodating my short term stay and the building is located in the cutest street. Of course, the pool and work out facilities are a plus. I would have continued renting here if I didn't have to relocate for my job.Highly recommended!! 10/10

Really a great location to get to both OTR, the Banks, and other easily walkable areas of the city. Staff is super friendly and always willing to help out if you need anything.
