Garfield Tower is an awesome and affordable place to live in downtown Cincinnati. The managers (Emily!) and maintenance team is great, the location is superb, the only downside is the apartments are a bit dated, but that is nothing in compared to what you get for your money.

Really a great location to get to both OTR, the Banks, and other easily walkable areas of the city. Staff is super friendly and always willing to help out if you need anything.

Garfield is a great place to live. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I love the overall feeling of the building and the maintenance is on point. Sometimes I’ve received same day service calls. I love it here.
