Staff is great! Michael is warm and personable. He is extremely knowledgeable and won't try shoving something down your throat just to make numbers.

Michael at this location is very helpful. Help me warranty out my controller. I went two other location neither one of the staff would help me.

Bradley, the assistant manager, helped me with getting all of my old hardware turned in and on my way with a PS5. Thanks for the great customer service
