Ok so the bad first. What an experience I had checking out at Gabe's! It took me over half an hour to check out and there were only four ppl were ahead of me. Only one register was open. Ppl ahead of me in line were doing returns and layaways and the checkout lady wasn't sure what she was doing. I think she was new? So all of us in line were discussing how ridiculous the situation was with our seemingly eternal wait in line. The checkout lady was acting totally oblivious to our excruciating wait.? Everyone in line with me couldn't believe the awful situation we were stuck in and we were all contemplating giving up and leaving the store. One lady behind me in line said the same thing has happened to her before in this store and that time she got on her cell phone to call the store to get a hold of management to complain of the situation.
The good is I did find a good deal on a pair of winter boots. I wanted to do a test walk in the boots to see if they're comfortable but the security tag was bound tightly to them so I couldn't.?
If I ever go back to Gabe's again, I will bring a camp stool, snacks and drinks in preparation for the checkout wait!?

Was accused of shoplifting even emptied my purse out on the floor, to prove to them I wasn’t and they still kicked me out. Hire better loss and prevention team. Guess it’s not the first time this has happened based on the reviews

Wish I could leave zero stars. The fitting rooms are closed. No mirrors. Over priced. NO ORGANIZATION. I used to LOVE Gabe’s. This place is disgusting and I’m sad I wasted time driving here. This is obviously heading for closure.

5 Stars to Vida, the manager, for having excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle customer service needs in a calm manner and an interest to assist. Celebrate managers like this. Very nice lady

Well there is a lot here. The items maybnot be perfect but for most they are perfect enough. Huge selection, the staff were amazing and very helpful. The register clerk was a awesome...laughing and genuinely taking interest in the customer. Nice job!!

I do like the clothes I have found here, but you really have to dig. However, for everything being reasonably cheap, it's pretty good! Occasionally, you'll find in style and cute items for great prices. My main negative is how unorganized it is. Everything was scattered around and messed up, which was not my favorite thing.

Absolutely ridiculous to close the fitting rooms down permanently. Feels very uncomfortable trying on stuff in front of other customers staring at you.
