“As someone with back pain and hip issues, it is hard to find the right matress that can address those issues. I have never used Mattress Firm before but always heard great things. I was introduced to Keith at this location, and he was extremely informative and helped me make the best decision of my life.
I got an amazing matress, and what's every better is that I got the Adjustable base as well, and now I think I am actually spoiled and may never find comfort like this anywhere else. I mean, when I travel and sleep in a hotel room on their mattress, I will only wish I was home sleeping on mine.

We ordered several custom pieces and they worked within our budget, timeline and were always just so professional and accommodating. One of our custom pieces had to be outsourced and didn't come in exactly right. Woodcraft didn't miss a beat. They picked it up, handled the corrections and redelivered, without any questions. “When I first purchased my mattress, the sales manager really worked with me after understanding my physical and financial issues. The mattress I purchased came with a 10-year warranty. Unfortunately it started to sag after about 2 years. With the exception of the cost of delivery and collection of the old mattress, the warranty process was very easy. When I went to the shop to pay for those costs and pick out a replacement mattress, Cameron the manager worked with me once again and accommodated my needs.”

“Jan at Haverty’s in Tri-county was absolutely lovely. She was attentive and helpful as well as relatable. She came across as honest, and gave me time to just sit in the chair and look around. She didn’t kick up a fuss when I needed to think on it overnight either. Just called her back 24 hours later and placed my order. She was also pleasant and personable with the friend who came along to help me shop - who ended up buying three pictures. Beautiful showroom, convenient parking, and Jan was a star. She made a hard decision easier.”
