On my very recent visit at Furniture Fair I met Bedding Specialist Julie Campbell. She was very patient with listening to & answering my questions about an adjustable bed & mattress. I appreciated the time she spent with me in the store & on following up with me afterwards. She was very caring in making sure that she understood my particular interests. I recommend Furniture Fair to anyone contemplating buying furniture & Julie's expert advice in particular.

Cathy listened to what I wanted and we found the perfect recliner chair. I was not aware of options available like electric reclining mode and massage.
I enjoyed talking to her and she was very knowledgeable.

Ive been purchasing from Furniture Fair for many many years and my family growing up did the same. Samantha was a 5-Star associate who easily helped us check out. We already knew what we wanted and her personality made it a pleasure once again. Quality Customer service and selection is what makes this the ultimate furniture store.

Me and my husband came into the eastgate location to just browse for a new sofa , we met Rob & he was the most friendly , down to earth guy . Didn’t try to over sell or push . We ended up sitting down for two hours and just chit chatting . I came back two day later and bought the couch ! Will be back soon to get a recliner .

Robert Dean was very helpful in assisting us in choosing our living room furniture. He was polite, professional, and listened to what we wanted, and how to achieve the look we were after. He even helped us to pick out a rug to blend with our new furniture. It was a pleasure to deal with him.

The service we received, we went back this eeek to purchase an area rug, three tables and two lamps. Again, the service was outstanding and I highly recommend this business.
