I have received help here and always been treated with respect. I was faced with a rude volunteer one day so I called and talked to a lady about who shown me so much respect it brought me there to volunteer a couple weeks later. When I volunteer I am easily greeted by happy and genuine working employees and other volunteers. I like the fast paced days as I forget I am even volunteering. I highly recommend giving time to the Freestore and if you need assistance there do not fear to ask them.

When calling in about help with Snap services I got yelled at about the process to getting through to do a interview the female was so nasty and harsh you would have thought I stole something from her or woke up with her.. She never would listen as I was trying to explain everything she kept getting it wrong as if I lied when in fact she just wouldn’t Stop trying to argue with me about something I couldn’t get out Talked over me…She should not be in that position No one should ever have to experience That type of hateful behavior when you just called for HELP!!!!!

I Can Never Be Grateful Enough to This FreeStore For Helping Me Get A Copy of My Birth Certificate From the State of Michigan,, If I Would've Had to Done it Completely on My Own, It Would've Cost Me Much Money & I Would've Had to Wait Many More Weeks Before Finally Receiving it , They Were Sooo Helpful & I Owe Them Much Appreciation fr ???

Over 90 million dollars to spend on food for people that need help and they still only pass out can goods and very little protein or foods that don't match they have received over 150 million in extra aid and from what I can tell they keep it all and they even employees have their family members come to pretend they need food because they've been spending that money and need to show proof for where it went to so they try to say it's going to the food!!! Mostof their food is donated so please let your local state legislation aware of this

I've been going to the free store for 26 years it has changed many times is there the help you they will give you many resources and information.. thank God for the people who work there. people like Miss Pat Miss Rose. are absolutely amazing. to all the staff keep up the good work
