Friendly, helpful staff. Great amenities! Lots of cabinets and storage! Nice neighborhood. Family and pet friendly. Convenient location just minutes from anything you might need. I love living here!

Just applied last week and got accepted, great staff and easy to work with even if you don't ultimately live here, they will make it a good experience while you consider it. But honestly the place is great considering the community you live in the amenities available etc. They are also forward thinking and working on continuous improvement. Wifi included!:)))

I love fox Chase Apartments
I love gals in the leasing office , they are so helpful every step of the way
I am disabled and I am so blessed, I found these apartments
The place is large , clean, newly decorated, view is lovely
I have excellent neighbors!!
First day I moved into these adorable places
My ESA dog is already in tune with my needs
Price is great , everywhere is crazy
Other apts offer way less, its absurd
Come here, they go fast

The internet that they force you to pay for is so bad it took me 30 minutes to leave this review, and it is like that consistently for $10 less a month than the previous internet I paid for, and my sister on the other side of the apartment complex has the same problems

Would not reccomend: they're worse than an HOA when it comes to decorations you're allowed to have on your porch.
Also, I strongly suspect based on the renovations they did to every apartment they plan to sell soon. They replaced floors, cabinets, and light fixtures that were in great condition. Meanwhile the bathtubs are almost exactly the same as what I had when I lived in a cheap college apartment.

STAY AWAY!!!! My rent went from $1000 to $1780 and you still live 30 minutes away from Cincinnati. All they decided to do to "renovate" was to install wood floors and a new paint job. Not worth it, better options elsewhere. They are charging downtown prices for mediocre housing and management is horrible. STAY AWAY.

When we were looking for an apartment, this was our first choice. I liked the layout of the apartment unit and how well the complex was maintained. Several months after moving in they planned a remodel of each unit. I saw pictures of a unit that was completed, and pictures can't come close to what was actually done. I was totally blown away when I walked in. The new flooring is just beautiful, new kitchen cabinets, countertops, new vanities, mirrors, lighting, down to knew doorknobs and hinges, there is nothing that they didn't touch except the carpet and bathtubs. It is just AWESOME. I also must say that all the staff help in every way possible to make this the best complex to come and make a home.

Okay so they make us pay for their own provider for Wi-Fi, and it is complete garbage, sometimes it just doesn’t work anywhere in the apartment, sometimes it will work for my brother 2 feet away from me, but not me. It sucks and we have to pay for it, so we might as well use it, and I hate them for this

I wanted to give 0 stars but that wasn't an option. Manager, Sarah, is by far the worst. Has horrible customer service. She is not willing to work with her residents. They only care about the money. They forced renovations while currently living in the apartments and have offered no compensation or sympathy for the abrupt situation.

FIRST OF ALL I'M DOING THIS SURVEY TO LET HILLS PROPERTIES KNOW THAT THEY HAVE AN AWESOME FRONT OFFICE TEAM.THESE TEAM MEMBERS ARE CRYSTA , BAILEY , ADAM AND HIS GUYS . IT'S SO NICE TO HAVE A TEAM THAT ACTUALLY FOLLOWS THROUGH ON WHAT THEY SAY THEY CAN & WILL DO . THIS TEAM IS THE BEST SINCE I'VE BEEN AT FOX CHASE .I HAVE ASKED MANY MANY MANY TIMES ABOUT OUR " ""SECURE ENTRY "" WHICH HASN'T BEEN ""SECURE "" UNTIL " CRYSTA & ADAM TOOK CARE OF IT . ONCE I ASKED IF IT COULD BE REPAIRED IT WAS DONE IN SUCH A TIMELY MANOR ?? KUDOS KUDOS TO THEM . I WISH THEY WOULD STAY HERE FOR A LONG TIME ??? . LOOKING FORWARD TO THE "" REMODEL"" AND BETTER APPLIANCES , WHAT WE HAVE NOW HAS TO BE FROM EARLY 1980'S , ?? TERRIBLE !! CAN'T WAIT TO SEE HOW IT IMPROVES ME BEING ABLE TO BAKE ANYTHING OTHER THAN MEAT . BEFORE THIS SURVEY I WOULD HAVE GIVEN 2 STARS , NOW I'M GIVING A 5 STARS BECAUSE I SEE SOMEBODY CARES ABOUT THE RESIDENTS HERE , FINALLY ?? !!! I do really like living here have never had issues the staff is wonderful and maintenance requests are handled right away. I love the events put on by leasing staff, they go the extra mile to ensure they are successful!! You are fortunate to have workers that care!

Do not move here! We lived there for 6 years and the apartments were beautiful then and well maintained. Each year these apartments have declined. Everything is old and dated.Took them 3 years to finally fix our air conditioner correctly. The front door to the building never locked so was never a secure building and is still like that after a couple years.Tried to move to a first floor apartment 2 years ago after being long time residents and the apartment they offered us was worse than a slum lord apartment. Rusted out bathtubs, sinks, hole in the laundry room floor, hole above shower head, bugs in the lights, cracks in the wall corners stc. Had to fight them since we refused to take it.Cleaning crew never cleans the hallways. Had bugs and spiderwebs all around apartment door. Front door frame to building was rotted out since we moved in and they would never fixed it. Was told before signing a contract it was going to be all replaced in the next couple months.You now have $75 tacked on to your rent as they made everyone sign up for alta fiber internet. Water bills are ridiculously high!If you want to live in an apartment like this that does not take care of their properties that lets dogs poop all over the grass, then this is the place for you.Before you move in, make them show you the apartment, look at the bathtubs, check out the front doors to the building and make sure they close and lock, look to see if the inside of the building has been cleaned recently. Ours wasn't cleaned for months.Had bugs and spider webs all around our door to apartment and took management over three weeks to get it cleaned.Walk around on the grass around your building and look at all the piles of dog. Management does not enforce owners to clean up after their dogs.They want videos of dog owners not cleaning up after their dogs because they claim they are too busy to go look in the areas for dog poop. We didn't have time to stand at the window and wait for people to walk their dogs and get a video.There are alot of apartments out there that are so much nicer

We have lived here for a year now. The amount of amenities and community events are incredible! The office is so responsive and amazing as well as maintenance! We love the community here as well!

Kylie and Nicole took amazing care of myself and my partner, from initial scheduling to putting our deposit down. I’ve rented from numerous properties, and this one has been the best so far. Definitely makes the stress of a move seem worth it.
