I found the perfect gift for that hard to buy for person! Flaggs USA had more specialty flags than I’ve ever seen - the Cincinnati City flag - flags from all the different communities in Cincinnati - fantastic! Staff was knowledgeable and very nice - prices are very reasonable.

Had a great experience here a couple years ago when I purchased my fairly expensive flag and flag pole for my first home.After some time the flag appears to have damaged itself on the thumb screw of the flagpole. I called to inquire about this and the person I spoke with on the phone simply chuckled at me saying that my flag was obviously weathered. Yes, I’m sure it is weathered but it also received excessive damage from the thumb screw holding the flagpole in place. I consider this a design flaw, and was curious if I was able to get any consideration for this flaw. I really enjoy supporting local small businesses, but I also expect them to stand behind their products. Even if the owner chose not to stand behind the product, laughing at me on the phone was highly unprofessional. Unfortunately I’ll be looking elsewhere for a replacement now. Compassion and respect for others goes a long way in customer service.

The best store for buying flags. As someone who loves vexillology I can assure you the staff here is top notch in expertise! I highly recommend you shop here first! I have purchased close to 25 flags from them over the years and have always found the flags to be of high quality for the price.
