This is neighborhood banking. First Fin is turning the way you visit a branch on its ear.

The head teller, Debby is very great at her job. You should give her a raise. I changed my rating from "Excellent" to "Poor" because it appears as if they are starting to treat their employees badly. I can't support a company that does that.
