We stopped and had breakfast/brunch at their pop up food booth at the Findlay market while visiting from out of town. They were super kind and we enjoyed our overall experience.We ordered:SAUSAGE SANDWICH-This came with mustard dijonaise and Gruyère cheese on a pretzel bun. It came open faced and the cheese was blow torch melted right in front of us! This was a great pick!2 FOR 10 TACOS-I had one EGG SCRAMBLER and one MIXED MUSHROOM taco. I enjoyed both options including the mixed vegetables and corn on both tacos and the lime flavors! The mushroom taco was a little strong on the mushroom "gamey"-ness. But also is definitely a preference and I would definitely eat from their spot again!!

My wife and I went to an African cooking class with Gabby. We had an amazing evening and learned knife skills and fantastic recipes. The food was fantastic and Gabby was patient and kind. We enjoyed her conversation anr we had the opportunity to use some beautiful and tasty recipes she shared with us. Thanks Gabby!

Ordered Lunch from The Passion Plate. Kym's food is amazing. Parmesan Chicken Salad. Love it! Can't get enough of it.

I have never seen a better place for aspiring companies to develop their products. This is one of the most unique situations I've seen in support of culinary progressed. Findlay Kitchen is a thousand steps above any other commissary kitchen I have ever seen or known of.
