Always get fast efficient service here. Plenty of people to help you inside, but even the drive through works like a Swiss time piece. But when I come here I like going inside and sitting down in one of the mini offices.

We have been with 53rd for years , had an issue with ex landlord canceli g a check he gave me , Then he issued me another check he didnt cancel but the damage was already done. Froze our account up had no access to our money. Some guy started and early access option for us that we qualified for . The following week every single penny we had was taken out and went right into the early access account. So i would literally have to take all the money out of the account because it wouldnt let me make scheduled payments for the loan it just took everything you had in the account. So im waiting for my bonis check to pay off the loan in full and they just helped themselves to 330 without any notice at all and is now liteeally taking out any money that goes into oir account causing us to overdraft!! Someone better make this right or ill cancel our direct deposites and start a new account elsewhere and they WILL NOT GET ANY MORE CASH FROM ME. THIS BANK IS HORRIBLE AND DOES NOTHING BUT RIP PEOPLE OFF.STAY AWAY FEOM THIS DUMP

I've had a savings and checking account with Fofth Third for the past 25 years. During that time, they've made several errors, charged me without warning, and under no circumstances should you even attempt to resolve an issue over the phone. My major issue with the bank is that the last time there was an error, they acknowledged it and failed to resolve it during the almost hour I was in the bank. They are doing anything but making banking a fifth third better.

Great Service. They greet you and are friendly. Fast inside service and very helpful. The drive-thru is kinda slow but the service shown is wonderful.
