One of the very few branches on the west side as they closed the Kroger atm. And the cheviot branch machine is hardly ever working. I have to go to other ATM's in the area and constantly pay a fee.

I have been inside the bank before and everything was fine. I went in this day, filled out a deposit slip,handed along with a money card that the company told me to go to 5/3rd . The teller looked at me and talked to me as if i were a crook. She whispered to the other teller then looked at me and said sarcastically I'll have to take this to the manager. Then she closed the door and started pointing at me while talking to the manager. Then she called me to another window saying and treating me like a crook again ill just have to check this out and make sure its good.I WOULD NOT HAVE TRIED TO DEPOSIT IT IF IT WAS BAD I REPLIED TO HER. NO RESPONSE from her. So she called whomever it was then again said what do you want to do.. I said i gave you a deposit slip with the card when i came in,i said give me the money and ill go fill out another deposit slip but destroy the other one. So she and i did all that and she never spoke one word. I have never seen her before and i hope i don't. She was the only rude person I've ever been treated like .... before. 5/3rd. You can call me on this if you want. BUT I'VE BEEN IN THERE FOR A LOT OF DIFFERENT THINGS AND I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM 5 STARS FOR THOSE VISITS.THERE WAS MORE FROM HER BUT NOW YOU KNOW WHY A ONE STAR.BUT REMEMBER IT WAS ONLY THIS TIME AND WITH THE ONE TELLER. I ALWAYS TALK TO THE OTHER TELLERS..UNLESS THEY'RE BUSY.

This is absolutely the most incompetent Bank that there is an existence in the United States of America. I have dealt with this bank for the past two years regarding a car loan. I have never been late on a payment. Anytime that I call This Bank I have yet to get an individual on the phone that can complete the task at hand. And 50% or more of the customersService representatives you cannot understand because they are not from this country. I would never use this bank again and would not recommend it to anyone

I went to this location at 11:30 to get two rolls of quarters. Only to be told I had to have an account. No account no quarters. Hahaha what a joke.... And my name is not chanell.

Pathetic employees have BEYOND resting B!#@# face - they have B!#@# attitude. Deposited $16k from sale of a car, withdrew some, and teller couldn't follow instructions. had to tell her THREE TIMES what I needed. Chelsea, teller, needs to go back to teller school
