I have been with this bank for many many years. I finally shied away from the third and started going to another bank, but kept one account here came back in here to get some answers for some questions about my account. The first time I came in I was waited on immediately. The second time I came in I was ignored, I waited. People came in after I did, and were taken ahead of me, and Bankers just ignored me thinking about going to another bank after 30 years with fifth third I think I’m done.

What's happened to Norwood 5/3rd??It's 9:05am and the doors are still locked. Are there new hours today??Oops, guy just showed up at 9:09am and left an older female customer outside in the cold? ..... while he preps to open up??Finally opened the doors at 9:13am.Anything unpredictable could have happened to set the morning off on a late start, but please ensure this isn't a regular occurrence.I know things can happen to cause a delay in getting to work, but if this is a regular occurrence I have 2 things to say:1) being late is DISRESPECTFUL to everyone affected by your tardiness....it starts a domino effect that affects everyone else's day! You are NOT more important than everyone else your tardiness effects!? being so conceited!2) we have a saying in my house...?Early is on time?On time is late?And late is UN-acceptable*Do better Norwood!

I would give this branch 0 stars if it would allow me too. The manager and teller that were working didn't acknowledge me or my husband who were waiting on the banker side for a banker, as not all information should be handled in the teller line. She refused to make eye contact even. After 20 minutes, I entered the teller line to ask for a banker at which point I was rudely told "we are both bankers". Affirming that she didn't acknowledge us while we were waiting. Furthermore after she had added me to my husbands account. She never added my phone number to the profile, and there was a pin that I did not create. This led to issues with customer service when trying to create an online banking profile. I was told I was unable to be verified for the account I had been added too. I would rate this branch 0 stars for terrible customer service!!

The bank for 3 years has been harassing me about not making payments on time, which is all false. I have proof from my Credit Union that all payments were made on time. I was never late in the 50+ years that I made mortgage payments to different banks in the 5 States where I lived. This bank needs new leaders who can fix their internal problems.

Keep your money out of the banks especially this one yo money comes up missing and they want you to despue it and it's their job to protect your money $59.00 dollars came up missing out of my grandsons account and they want me to do their job.who can keep your money better than you I never liked banks anyway people get your money's out of this back the day I went to open it for my grandson a lady came in there about money missing out of her account never again..

Ryan went above and beyond with addressing my concerns with my account. He even called customer service on the phone in front of me which allowed the guessing work left to him. Thanks Ryan for being patient and caring about my bank account. I will definitely be going back.

Will only cash checks here because of how terrible they are at everything else. Cash is supposed to be deposited immediately, right... well not here. And the amount of the check was well backed up by the amount in my savings, and I went well before closing.Also, be prepared to wait AT LEAST 20 minutes in line.... possibly longer, if you're in the drive thru. Just terrible. And most of the tellers have terrible attitudes.Honestly, I try to avoid it at all costs, but why should I have to? I wish this branch would be fixed by corporate. Norwood branch is the only branch that makes me hate dealing with the bank.Just awful.

I got locked out off online banking because I attempted to transfer money from my main bank account to a new 5/3 checking account. It’d be nice if the higher ups in the bank sent me an email saying why I was locked out when that happens (calling the help line is awful), but this place was friendly and quick at getting me back into my account. I’ve had 2 great experiences here with customer service.

Drove 4 hours to Cincinnati to help finance a car for a student. Bank has paperwork and set an apptmt to sign for loan. We are currently on our 3rd hour of waiting for corporate to send along paperwork. If paperwork isn't to the branch by 5 the bank will close and will need to drive back home empty handed. Of course will need to drive back if and when corporate decides to complete their paperwork. I dumped 5th 3rd years ago in Tiffin because of poor service and fees I'm thinking they will be looking another young customer.

This bank is not senior friendly. Unwilling to help with mortgage during this stay at home order. They think it is a take your home order. Americans help each other in time of need so this tells everyone you are not one of us. I'm sure you will get a bailout and take a lot of American's homes. You parents should be proud until you take their home.
