I recently stopped by my bank, the Fifth Third Evendale Financial Center at 2998 Cunningham Drive Cincinnati, Ohio 45241.I was greeted by Peggy who helped me cash and deposit a check. She was so professional and helpful. We talked about vacation home mortgages while she took care of my banking needs.I was also helped by Betty. Betty gave me a new checking account card and actually laminated it for me so it would last longer. These little touches mean a lot to me. They both made my banking easier and nicer.The branch is very nice and spacious. It's also very clean. They even have nice plants and a fish on the counter which really enhances the atmosphere of the bank.I want to thank Peggy and Betty again for all their help.Do yourself a favor and open an account or get a mortgage at the Evendale. Fifth Third Financial Center. I'm sure Peggy, Betty and their associates will be able to take care of all your banking needs.

New ATM shows you can choose between big bills and mixed bills. Twice now I hit mixed bills and I get big bills??? If I hit big bills will I get mixed???

I was sitting in the lobby waiting to speak to a banker for at least 30 minutes. When it was finally my turn then they skipped me and brought in somebody who had only been sitting there for 10 minutes. It was very rude and unprofessional.

needed assistance with an overdraft fine which caused me to be upset when I called fifth third. After speaking with Caitlyn Carr she calmly resolved my issue and assisted all of my needs. I appreciate her being very kind and patient with me although I was slightly frustrated. she emailed me all the notes I requested and I appreciate her helping me and resolving my issue!

I had to use this Fifth Third when I was visiting the social security office. It is next door and I had forgotten to get money out at my usual 5/3. The folks here were very friendly and helpful. Also it’s a beautiful building easy to access.

The staff at this bank are some of the nicest ppl. So helpful and quick to get your business transactions completed. Always a very clean facility when I go there as well.
