I went to this office today to have Fidelity link my bank account to my brokerage account. Emily assisted me and completed the process seamlessly. She was courteous and knowledgeable.

I am not usually someone who leaves a negative review but I am beyond words with my experience with Fidelity. The experience with Fidelity has been terrible. My father passed away suddenly in January and since then I have been trying to get someone to help me with the investments he held at Fidelity. On January 26th, I was assigned an liaison specialist who has not reached out to me one time. I have called multiple times and left multiple messages asking for support. I have sent emails everything. No one will answer the phone or return any phone calls to help me move this process forward. Fidelity has been sitting with an individual's money who is no longer alive for almost 3 months. The experience of losing a father is devastating and the lack of support/communication from fidelity to help with the work that needs to be done is indescribable.

After opening an online account and transferring money the account was immediately blocked. I have repeatedly faxed and provided proof of my identity without result. I am laughed at when I have expressed my frustration with their lack of responsiveness. Avoid Fidelity

The decline of Fidelity over the past 10 years is very unfortunate. While it used to have excellent phone support, it is now almost impossible to get even the most elementary help, if you have the patience to wait for someone to answer. You would think that money handlers would understand the meaning of "penny wise and pound foolish," but not those at Fidelity, it turns out. Maybe they should take a close look at what Apple has done after Steve Jobs drastically improved what had been awful customer support at Apple.

Helpful and nice at the Oakley branch. They helped my dad with a variety of issues. They were helpful and did not seem annoyed by how much time we were taking.

Terrible customer service. Unable to reach anyone in Fidelity. The forst thing you have to give is your Social Security number. Why should I when I just have an wnquiry. What an u safe voice mail. Once you get past that, you reach a call center annd they try transferring you which again asks for personal information before you can get to anyone. If you ask for a representative it kicks you back to the call center. The Norwood branch transferred to does not pick up the phone ever. Horrible service. Want nothing yo do with Fidelity

By court order over of the State of Ohio
Fidelity Investments was ordered to
Liquidate a retirement account from my
Now X husband in the amount of $xxx, xxx
On April 18 2019.
In this time Fidelity has been non responsive,
Misleading, and outright terrible to work with.
They continue to provide no valid information
Or offer any solutions to the liquidation of these
Funds almost 90 days later. I’m unable to talk
To anyone whatsoever and I’m only told to expect
A call. They have a fiduciary responsibly to manage
And disperse these funds in a timely matter. Fidelity
Is happy to open an account for me in a matter of just
Minutes for me over the phone, yet funds set for removal
From their institution have no clear policy or process and
Involve endless run around and outright misrepresentation
Over the phone. Fidelity Investments through the use of
Vague corporate procedures is blatantly restricting my access
Trade and creating an unfair business advantage in the marketplace.
They’ve made it impossible to transfer my funds to another
Broker of my choice. There are multiple consumer protection
Laws being broken here and most certainly securities violations
As to the proper and timely disbursement of investor funds.
As for me I’m a single mom. As a result of Fidelity’s inaction I’ve
Lost my car, my home, and most certainly my job. The hardships
Faced as a result of this gross negligence and complete lack of
Oversight have caused damages that can never be repaired.
Please help me. I’m out of options, out of money, and out of hope

Very disappointed in the level of customer service. Longer than 15 minute hold times; then get transferred all over the country to end up with NO ONE helping! Does anyone work at Fidelity?? Fidelity should be ashamed.

Upon my husband's passing, I immediately notified Fidelity/survivorservices so I could continue to receive my survivor pension plan payments by direct deposit on the 1st of the month that I was entitled to. I was advised of the amount I was to receive and advised that the funds would continue to be directly deposited into the same account that my husband's pension went into on the first of the month. I did not find out that they did not make the deposit until automatic payments began to be declined and bank charges and late fee assessments began to accumulate. After calling Fidelity, I was advised that they sent necessary paperwork to me within a few business days and they do not know why the United States Postal service took almost 3 weeks to get the mail to me and although they scanned all my paperwork a week before my payment was due, they were unable to process it within that time frame. I am sure the few dollars that Fidelity made on interest by withholding my payment is a drop in the bucket to them but when multiplied by the thousands of claims they process, it pays them to withhold payments from widows who are facing the worst time of their lives. The domino affect they caused me with bank charges and late fee assessments has been devastating to me but means nothing to them. I would strongly suggest that Fidelity on an annual basis just withholds employees paychecks for a week and just tells them that next month payments will be made on time, so they understand what they do to people by taking this action.
I also think a class action suit should be started against the company so that they will lose some of the money they make by withholding funds for over two weeks to their clients.
Any one thinking of using Fidelity to manage retirement funds should be extremely cautious and check into the management skills in regards to handling claims in a timely manner.

These a-holes refuse to accept it. No other company has a problem with it buy they don't want to. They keep sending letters that it incomplete. Total b********
