was having trouble transferring from the previous financial institution. Nicole L. consistently went above and beyond to assist in getting the transfer completed & and she had both pleasant & professional manners throughout the entire proceedings as well.

This is why I use Ameriprise. You can’t easily speak to someone in the Cincinnati office. You call their number and you play “push the buttons” for 10 minutes and then have to speak to someone on the East coast. Then they have to transfer you to the Cincinnati based office where no one answers the phone. Terrible.
