I didnt notice i paid colored pages even my file was B&W, but the kind crew help me refund and pay $5 less instead.

Closed the store early I talked to the employee in the parking lot he said he was closing early because he didn’t take a break. Not my problem. FedEx hire more ppl so your employees can take breaks and not close the store early.

I’ve visited this location several times in the past 45 days, and Jesse and his co-workers are always helpful, professional, and polite. I used to think FedEx was too expensive to use for shipping. But because of the great service that is offered at this location, I’m using FedEx frequently for shipping. They make things very easy and convenient.

The old staff member is Extremely rude and provoking needlessly. It is a horrible experience visiting this store. Hope FedEx does better in training their employees.

This was my first time shipping a homemade poundcake..the young lady behind the counter gave me tremendous advice about packing the cake correctly to prevent possible shipping damage. Stephen was very patient and proactive helping to locate the correct ship to city as I had been given incorrect info. The whole experience with both employees was pleasant and reassuring for me..

I wish I could give 0 stars, terrible costumer service. Walked in to drop off a package, but there was another costumer getting checked out at the drop off location, completely fine. However, when i walked in I didn't know that it was to be dropped off there as there was no sign, waited in line for around 5 minutes to see that the line was going absolutely nowhere so I politely asked the worker if I was allowed to drop it off there. The worker was very rude and responded a simple "ya" in a rude tone, and then wouldn't tell me where to drop it off and looked at me like I was crazy. Just super unprofessional.
