They have purposefully set up just one self service copier and it's busy most of the time. The only other option is for store associates to do your prints for you and that's so expensive. For example, a single black and white print is $0.20 but they charge you over $3.00 if store associates print it for you. That's the real definition of extortion.

I had to return an item, a dumb big box. I had one portion of the label but not the other. I appreciate their knowledge, helpfulness, and so friendly. Baby they came to work. They helped me get my package label, and shipped it. They were very patient, with me and all my questions. Happy New year!

Love this location, very efficient when it’s very crowded, Nicole the store manager had amazing customer service with a smile and cheerful personality all during what looked like a chaotic scene of many people in line. She moved quickly and was extremely efficient in getting her customers in and out, all with a very pleasant personality!

I arrived today at 7 til 7pm. The store was dark and closed. There were other customers here complaining that the store should still be open.

The people at the counter are amazing! Always so helpful and friendly. My disappointment is with Fedex the company. They charged me 3 times for the same package and I can't even get assistance in the store to get the credit back. I have to call a 1-800 number which leads to even further frustration.
