2 days in a row, the fedex ground delivery driver left my packages out on the road near my mailbox. Yesterday's delivery was furnace filters and left out in the rain. Today's delivery was car parts left in the same spot. This only happens with the late deliveries, not the early ones. The early driver leaves things at the door. Once in the past, I had purchased a musical instrument. That particular driver left it in the mud in the rain. If I could, I would leave 0 stars, I would . If given the choice, I never choose them.

This is a FedEx Ground facility where the drivers apparently decide that if they don't want to deliver to an address, they will simply state they tried to deliver and there was a security reason why they could not. I called FedEx customer service, got transferred to the Problem Resolution Division and they verified the driver never even came onto my street... You might want to use UPS or USPS if you need the package delivered.... FedEx Problem Resolution was great but if the driver did their job, it wouldn't have been necessary.

I would not even give them a one star if a zero was an option. I have called customer service at least three times, talked to a supervisor who said that he would be riding with the driver on my route and retraining them on the deliver procedures. I received another delivery yesterday, you can see my porch and it is just a couple extra steps! Amazon and UPS always place our deliveries on our porch. I will contacting Kohl's and Target and let them know that I will not be shopping with them online if they continue to ship with Fed EX.

I have a driver who refuses to put packages on the porch. Leaves them in the driveway regardless of weather. I've had several items damaged by rain. My porch is 15 ft max from the driveway. No steps to climb. That same driver leaves my neighbors packages on the porch. I've made several complaints and nothing gets fixed. Worthless customer service department.

All my FedEx packages are being dropped at the road. I live in a rural area, my driveway is 1/4 to 1/3 mile long. The driver constantly leaves packages at the road by the mailbox, to be stolen or damaged. I was told to use delivery manager and put instructions. FedEx entered "Front Door", packages are still left at the road. I added "DO NOT LEAVE AT ROAD", package today was left at the road. Called FedEx, fought with the automated menu, disconnected several times, finally got a person who said he "escalated it", and it won't happen again. I have a package coming in a few days that will be left by the road, I asked for a direct phone number for the Cincinnati and was refused. The driver is the problem. I spoke to the supervisor and he said it will not happen again. I told him I have a package coming in 2 days, I'm handicapped, it will be left by the road. What do I do? Who can I call? No answer. I'm not driving out to the road and trying to wrestle a box into my car. These are packages coming from 9667 Inter Ocean Dr, Cincinnati, Ohio 45246. This must stop. I am not going to keep driving to the road looking for packages. If left there, they stay there.

For 4 days now FedEx has notified me that my package was to be delivered by 8:00 p.m., not a different package, but the same one. I am lucky that it started on a Sunday so I disregarded the next three days because I knew that it was false and I would not be receiving it as notified. It seems like FedEx is not a trustworthy shipping distribution center for if it was then I would have received my order on Sunday like I was notified.

I ordered some clothing for myself and some as a gift. My order was scheduled for delivery on October 4th. Didn't arrive. Was rescheduled for the 5th. Didn't arrive. Again, same thing, on the 6th, 7th, 9th and 10th. They don't have the guts to tell me that it's either lost or stolen. Messages from FedEx say it's at their facility which is five minutes away from me but they won't let me go there to pick up my package. I've contacted the company at least four times and keep getting the same runaround story. I'm tired, stressed out, and disgusted. I have never had issues with FedEx until now. My order is already on my credit card, along with shipping charges. I just want my package!

Pretty cool people it definitely is physically demanding but if you're like really fit and in shape it would not be a problem but the hours are good the pay is good
