I had the pleasure of working with Aaron (didn’t catch last name) at the FedexKinko’s branch on Paxton Avenue in Cincy. His personal commitment to customer service was evident and I was incredibly impressed with his ingenuity and work rate as he guided me through a rush project. He also declined my cash tip which showed great integrity and simply noted he was simply glad that I was a happy customer.

We came here for help printing wedding signage and can’t say enough about how great the team is! Aaron and Sunjia helped us get table numbers, poster boards, brochures, and menus printed within 1 day. Their team was knowledgeable, kind, and saved us a massive headache and money. We will definitely be back for any other printing needs

Went in to print documents from a USB drive during lunch break. The self-service kiosk requires you to guess your price upfront. The kiosk then slowly uploads your documents. After all that waiting and time spent formatting my documents, I found out I guessed wrong and needed to start over. I asked one of the associates for help, and she said she could help but needed to go to the back to get a code. Very bizarre system.I didnt have time to wait for this to get figured out, so I left and went to Staples after work. It was quicker and cheaper.Go to Staples.

My wife and I went to this location today to print some flyers for an upcoming workshop and we had a really great experience! A person named Zion helped us out and answered all of our questions, he was very helpful and we felt well taken care of!

Randomly closed at 3: 45pm on a Sunday. 3 (employees?) hanging out at the counter talking and on phones. Maybe closed to watch football games
