Every single fed ex driver that I deal with at my work, has a attitude problem. Every single one I have ever dealt with! They are so rude and confrontational. That's why in my personal life I only use UPS! Do not use Fed ex, unless you want to deal with a bad attitude and wrong packages.

Sad that we have to go to on-site store because they don't deliver to our apartment complex, simply because the drivers are lazy!

Unsatisfied with FedEx. I live on the second floor of an apartment building. FedEx never brings my packages to the door. they sit them down in the bottom floor the hallway, where anyone can grab them. two thumbs down FedEx you got to do better
