Zoey The store manager was exceptional in providing service to me this evening. She promptly returned my clothing, help me to obtain a replacement that was suitable and very worthwhile. I wish more stores had people like Zoe, thank you express!

I had a very rare event in which I had to dress in something other than my average black hoody. So when I came into Express I was more than lost . Until I saw Zoey. She was truly a life saver. She helped me pick out a ton of options and even found some stuff in the back that wasn’t out on the racks . She literally followed me around for 45 mins until I was happy with what we had found. Thanks Zoey. And thanks Roman who was working at the register for cracking me up whole time Zoey checked me out. Go to NY Roman, go! These two deserve recognition . I’m not from OH, it’s rare to run into helpful and happy people these days.

I’ve been a loyal shopper here for 15+ years. Bought my husband new jeans for Xmas. Got the wrong size. He tried to xchange them today and they refused to help. When I bought these jeans, I specifically did not give my phone number or email because I did not wanna get hit with all of the promotions that you do when giving your information at retail stores. I called corporate and spent 30 minutes on the phone with a very nice lady who trying to help me find a copy of the receipt given the date and amount of the transaction and at the end of the phone call she told me that it would be up to the store manager. She offered to call him, but I declined because the store manager had already told my husband no since the card, date bought and perfectly mint jeans weren’t good enough. The previous store manger wouldn’t have hesitated to keep us a customer. On the bright side I’m sure these jeans will find a good home in our donate pile

Nice to find a store for professionals with a classy clothing selection. Business classy. For men and women. Great selections of clothing as well as accessories. Cost effective and their sales are fantastic! In-store and online.

Stacy did an exceptional job finding me badly-needed staples for my wardrobe. She was efficient and fun, and helped me with everything I needed while helping others on a busy Saturday. Her team worked together seamlessly (shout out to Zoey!), and even made sure I got all the weekend’s discounts. Thank you!!

Express is always a nice place to shop if you're looking for Nice clothing it's a little more upscale but I normally leave empty-handed because I usually can't find anything that's going to catch my eye that I would want.

Bailey provided the best customer service I’ve received in years (9/30/22)! She really went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for as I was becoming discouraged not finding what I wanted, in my size. She asked if I liked sweaters and cardigans and offered to look in the back at new fall inventory and took a few pictures of sweaters on the racks to show me. I fell in love with one of the sweaters and bought it in 3 different colors! Bailey showed kindness and I ended up with new sweaters that I absolutely love! She literally made my day and gave me happy tears. Thank you for the excellent customer service Bailey! I will be returning to Express in Kenwood.

Terrible customer service. Wasted over 30 mins at cash register because of stores inability to complete a simple transaction. Lost 10 dollars in the process.

Jen the manager (brown hair and tattoos) treated me absolutely terrible. She belittled me in front of her fellow employees to look powerful as I was only asking about the return policy on an item. I also heard her cussing and saying bad things about another customer as I was looking for a replacement item. I’ve spent thousands of dollars on clothes at this location and to be treated like I have and here how she talks about other customers with such disrespect is sad coming from such amazing location in kenwood. Hopefully express Rids people like this from management because it will keep customers away.
