This store was excellent. All the associates were very helpful and attentive. I was quickly given a dressing room and they added my considered clothes to it. All the associates gave advice about the pieces that I tried and hand picked items they thought I would like. I didn’t even go in for jeans but they picked out such a great options I ended up going home with three pairs. The clothes are pricey but the service and quality make it worth it.

Really disappointed in the service at this location. I walked in dressed in workout clothes, hair up, Sunday casual. No greeting, no acknowledgment of me at all even though I was the only one in the store. A few more ladies walked in (in name brand clothing) and were instantly greeted warmly. The two ladies working in the shop put items back on racks I was looking at and still did not acknowledge me at all (it's not as if they didn't see me, I nearly bumped into one of them). It was disheartening to see such blatant judgement assuming based on how I was dressed. I would have considered purchasing, but walked out because I don't want to support a place that treats customers as such.

Visited Cincinnati back in February for an anniversary vacation. Since I didn’t pack appropriate weather apparel for a nice dinner at the Chart House nearby, I made a visit to my favorite store: Evereve. I was very pleased with my experience at this Evereve location. The Evereve team was lovely, helping me find the perfect ensemble for my dinner every step of the way. While my experience with the manager and team member was superb, I also have to say I’m very satisfied with the quality of Evereve’s clothes and accessories. I’m not one for flashy clothes or jewelry, but I was really happy about finding some jewelry pieces that I wear almost everyday now. Thanks, Evereve ladies!

The workers today were nothing short of amazing.. they were VERY friendly and were very helpful in helping me find a cardigan. These two ladies were awesome.. even though I didn’t find anything I will be back very soon!

I got the full Evereve experience when I walked into the store at Rookwood Commons last week. I met Kristin and let her know that I'm a Trendsend customer since we have no stores in Maryland (chsnge that, will you please). I let her know I have an Evereve wishlist and she asked to see it. She and other associates began running around the store grabbing things..when i went to my dressing room, oh my goodness..the outfits laid out for me were incredible. The level of personal attention she provided makes me a customer for life, or as long as I can wear stylish clothes.

I came in looking for a specific item. Alex was super helpful and great at offering suggestions to go with it. I asked her about a drink she had behind the counter that I was curious about trying it. She went to the bank and got me one to try. She seemed to love her job and went above and beyond with customer service.

If I could give this shop more than five stars I would. My experience was just that incredible. I've never been into this store before, but noticed they carry some great brands of jeans. Marie gave me a big welcome and told me about items they carry and the deal of the weekend. I fell in love with the brunch shirt because brunch is life. I asked Marie what size jeans they go up to because I am considered plus size and knee that they probably wouldn't carry my size. Marie did not let that stop her, and she got me a room started. I walked around found some other selections and headed to the fitting room. Guys, while I was looking around Marie was hard at work! The fitting room was filled with tons of jean options and complete outfits I wouldn't have put together. Marie came to check on me multiple times and if something didn't work she would find something else hah did. I needed up with very cute options and for a very nice price. Some of the clothing options are priced on the expensive side but the clothes are well made and will last you for a while. Thanks Marie for being so helpful, you will definitely see me soon.
