Enthusiast Auto Group (EAG) boasts a reputation for providing high-quality, meticulously maintained vehicles to discerning enthusiasts. However, my personal experience with them regarding the purchase of a 2011 BMW M3 competition sedan has been anything but satisfactory.
Upon purchasing the vehicle from EAG, I was under the impression that I was acquiring a pristine example of automotive excellence. Unfortunately, it became apparent that the car had been misrepresented, with crucial details about its history concealed from me at the time of sale.
After owning the vehicle for two years and barely driving it due to my efforts to preserve its value, I attempted to sell it on an auction platform, only to discover that the car had a significant past. It had been involved in a major accident, requiring extensive bodywork totaling a staggering $36,000. Astonishingly, this critical information had been documented by BMW but was not disclosed to me, nor was it reported on any insurance or Carfax reports provided by EAG.
Despite my efforts to address this issue with EAG's owner, the resolution was elusive. Not only did I endure significant financial losses, but the frustration and inconvenience of dealing with the aftermath of this deception were equally distressing.
The disparity between the price I paid for the car ($62,000) and the price at which I eventually sold it ($47,000) underscores the magnitude of the discrepancy between the vehicle's perceived and actual value. This experience has left me disillusioned and wary of trusting any future transactions with EAG.
While EAG may have a track record of catering to enthusiasts, my encounter highlights a glaring lack of transparency and integrity in their practices. Potential buyers should exercise caution and thoroughly scrutinize any documentation provided by EAG before committing to a purchase. My unfortunate experience serves as a cautionary tale for others, emphasizing the importance of due diligence and vigilance in the realm of automotive acquisitions. Buyer beware.

Textbook market manipulation is how this company survives.Their unethical behavior is two fold:Paying somebody what they call “a fair price” and then reselling the same exact product (no value add) at double the price they paid.By controlling supply on the open market, they are driving prices up, also known as market manipulation.Effectively, they are lying and misleading the seller (if they are paying them a “fair market price” how can they flip it for double?) One could argue they aren’t paying you a fair price if they can turn around and sell it for double what they are offering you.If you want to sell your M, sell directly to other M enthusiasts or a BMW dealer, so we can collectively cut these people out of the equation and everyone wins.

Don’t go to bmw to get your car serviced lol I’d come here. They take care of my cars every time I need something and it’s always fast, way quicker than the bmw dealership would be. On top of that the service is amazing. I don’t usually write reviews but the two men at the front desk are extremely nice and helpful people. Will definitely be a long time customer of theirs.

When you’re buying an enthusiast car, you want to work with a dealership that cares about it as much as you do. I realize that’s asking a lot, but it's exactly the experience I had with EAG. My purchase consisted of excellent communication and transparency. EAG sent updates and pictures throughout the process and even arranged vehicle transportation to get the vehicle to me in a safe and timely manner. The car arrived in immaculate condition, as stated. I was truly impressed by EAG and enjoyed doing business with this company. Please do not hesitate to contact them for all of your BMW buying needs!

Buyer beware. EAG sold me two cars BOTH with undisclosed body damage. In the end I received a refund for both vehicles - but that was only after my attorney was involved. Be careful…just another used car lot.

As someone who has been a car dealer for close to 30 years, I can tell you the EAG team does it the right way. I have done business with them and purchased vehicles for my personal collection. Their cars are top notch, turn key and the process is trouble free. You can buy a car from them sight unseen with absolutely no concerns.

EAG provided a special buying experience and phenomenal customer service.I purchased a 2003 M5 from EAG in May 2021. The buying process was straightforward and transparent. The team at EAG kept me informed while the vehicle was prepped for pick-up. When I arrived in Ohio, the team greeted me and gave me a tour of their facilities. I was able to meet the team who worked on my car. It truly was a unique and unforgettable experience.Unfortunately, I recently lost my vehicle. It was deemed a total loss after an individual reversed on the freeway and smashed into my M5. I reached out to Blaire for assistance with my insurance dispute. She provided me with pics, comps, and an appraiser within minutes. The team at EAG are professionals who take pride in their work and treat their customers like family. I plan on purchasing another vehicle from them in the future and recommend them to anybody interested in purchasing an ///M vehicle.

First time dealing with EAG and I’m beyond impressed. Blair and Evan went above and beyond to help me with some questions I had and they provided me with some great peace of mind moving forward. I wouldn’t hesitate to put my trust in them to take care of things correctly. Thanks again EAG!
