We arrived to pick up our rental and were greeted very nicely! Drew got us in and out and was great with conversation ! They didn’t have the car we reserved so we were given a free upgrade & got to travel in an even better car than expected! The car got us everywhere we needed to go smoothly. Upon return the process was just the same. This location is great with timing and communication! Thank yall again !

I’m always in and out when I get my cars from here. The only issue I have is the cars are more outdated. I am starting to feel like I am getting thrown into anything and it’s barely any gas in some of them. But the convenience of getting a rental with no hassle is never a problem.

The vehicle was fine. Total car rental for a one day rate was fair. Maybe my gripe is with Corporate and not this specific location as everyone was helpful except for this situation. After getting home and reviewing the actual credit charge, it was $300 more than the agreed rate on the car. I thought they might have accidentally inputed the wrong amount and hit $400 instead of $100. As the location had closed shortly after picking it up, went the customer service route. At the point was advised that there is a $300 security deposit. I had no seen that as a business practice elsewhere, nor was it highlighted in making an online reservation or mentioned while in the office. In reviewing the original quote and reservation agreement that is 16 screen pages long it is referenced about halfway through there. Call it my mistake for not catching it at that point. Also business practices that bury that and not mention seem a little questionable to me as well.

Dorian, Trey, Rico and Rachel were a great team working with us to get a vehicle after the total loss of our old car. Sorry we only needed them for one night - the vehicle we got was badass! ?

The service was great, the only thing I would have changed is if the car was due back on a holiday, then it should be free as a courtesy.
