This rating is for Jacob at the Mason location ONLY. My experience with Enterprise and a mechanical issue started at 6pm on Friday. From there every single agent I spoke to was apologetic but no better than the last one. No one did anything but blame everyone else and transfer me. We had to drive ourselves an hour away on Sunday morning to pick up another car after they picked the faulty one and failed to bring us one.

Our vehicle was clean and ready for our pickup.The staff was friendly and efficient. Having someone drop me back at the office upon return was very helpful too!

Had low tire pressure come on in my rental the day I picked it up. Had air put in and went on my way. Car stayed in my garage for two days and came out to a flat tire. After a nightmare of a experience with enterprise roadside assistance and showing up 10 min after close, I was lucky the staff was still there. The assistant manager made it all right. The new car needed cleaned which was no big deal, I handled that on my own. He understood my frustration and made it right on a sunday 15 min after they should be closed. Thank you Jacob!!!

Customer Service offset what started as a bad experience here. I reserved an AWD SUV on their website. When I arrived, they said they did not have any SUVs and asked if I would accept a pickup truck instead. The truck they pulled around for me had scratches everywhere on the exterior, and the seats were nasty. The manager came out, looked at the truck, and apologized profusely. He agreed that this was not up to their standards.He then brought a minivan around that was almost immaculate. He discounted my rate and apologized again. When I returned the vehicle a couple days later, he remembered me and apologized again and asked if there was anything else he could do.I wasn't happy that they were out of SUVs, even though that is exactly what I had reserved. I wasn't happy that their next option was a dirty, scratched vehicle. I wasn't happy that I was then relegated to a third option of a vehicle.However, the manager was over the top. He owned the mistakes, did everything possible to make it right, got me a very clean car, discounted my rate a little, and remembered me when I returned. Honestly, that's all I can ask for in this scenario. In a time when customer service seems to hardly exist anymore with most companies, this was a very refreshing experience.

I waited for two months so Enterprise could accommodate a “comparable vehicle” to the the one I am accustomed to driving (Porsche) Upon arrival I waited an hour and was informed that my options were older station wagons. The car I received is filthy and smells like cigarettes. There is also a huge scrape down the side and the license plate is hanging loose. It is also loud and feels out of alignment. When I’m driving the steering wheel pulls in the opposite direction almost causing me to wreck. I am so embarrassed and do not feel safe in this car at all. Enterprise had no solutions and did not seem to care how inconvenienced I have been.Update: The car is not safe at all. It shakes and is very difficult to control. The smell is so bad it has made me nauseous. I’ve called Enterprise numerous times and they keep saying they will call me back but do not. This is so pathetic!

What an awesome experience. I had trouble with the suburban that I rented for the weekend and I didn't know who to contact so I contacted Alex I believe is the sales manager. Within less than a minute he sends me a text with a video how to get the car started because of the low battery in the key fob.I was very impressed that he took care of his customers that I would definitely recommend this location of being one of the best in the city.Thank you so much Alex not only did he take care of me he also took care of me when I Is return the suburban.

I had to drop my car off at the shop this morning and Enterprise was there to pick me up right on time. Once at Enterprise I received wonderful customer service from Chris that made my experience very pleasant and quick. 10/10 happy with my experience with Enterprise and I would recommend them to family and friends.

I had such a great experience with Alec Holt at the Fields Ertel Enterprise. He made sure to get me the best deal and made sure we had everything we needed for the trip. He truly seemed like he cared. I am extremely impressed with the kind atmosphere at that location. Thanks Enterprise for a great experience!

Great experience. Natalie and Alec took care of things really nicely. This is a busy location with some extended hours which could be very helpful. They go out of their way to help customers get the right vehicle for their specific needs.

The car I had was a VW Jetta with over 54k miles on it (It was a 2021). The car itself drove fine except for one issue - the sunglasses compartment door kept opening. This was a known issue, evidenced by the several iterations of duct tape that was on the compartment, but not doing any good. I would close it and after about ten minutes it would re-open. This compartment is located in the ceiling of the car, in the center, just ahead of the rear view mirror. Every time I looked in the rear view mirror, I could see the compartment door hanging down. It did not completely block my vision, but was a distraction.Unfortunately, I did not notice this until I was driving away from the rental office upon pick-up, and did not think it would be a big issue, otherwise I would have said something at pick-up. I dropped off the car after-hours, so I was unable to share the issue at that time.Next time I rent, I will definitely do a more thorough inspection of any car I take, and will think a moment before choosing Enterprise.
