I was referred to this location by my insurance. The Enterprise office called me in advance to discuss the type of vehicle I wanted. I mentioned that, whatever the vehicle, the daily cost had to be kept at no more than $40 (the max. my insurance would cover). When I rented the vehicle, I said this again and the man at the counter said he would keep it under $40/day.Long story short, I decided that particular vehicle wasn't for me, so I returned it after four days. The next day I downloaded my bill to find they were charging me $2.77/day for the first three days and then $40 for the fourth day (so they didn't keep it to $40/day and, inexplicably, they were then charging me $40 for the last day I had the car). I guess that's what I get for believing they were going to do what they said they were going to do and not asking for a printout of my bill when I was at the location; shame on me for sure.I called the branch but got no answer. I contacted the Enterprise corporate office and no one got back to me. I filled out the customer satisfaction survey and said I needed resolution to this and no one got back to me. I am now filing a dispute through my credit card.Just imagine if I had not decided I didn't like driving that car. I would be sitting with a bill of close to $1,200 for something that should have cost me $0 out of pocket.Don't go to this location. These guys either have no idea how to do their jobs or are crooks.

Can’t call to talk to live operator. You’re put on hold and no one ever answers the phone, or they hang up on you. First rental had a flat within an hour. Second vehicle do big, was scared to drive the vehicle. Not happy at all about the service I received!

The worse car rental experience ever! So this location did not have a vehicle for me to rent (although I had a reservation I made 2 weeks ago) and the manager (Deshaun/Dayshawn.. however you spell it) did nothing to help me.. at all. He said that he was calling to the other locations and had me sitting there for 2 hours until I called another enterprise location that was nearby. The phone call took less than 10 mins to set up the transfer but I waited for 2 hours because Deshaun could not perform his tasks as a manager. He made sure that all the other customers that came in after me were able to get the car that they needed but I had to wait. (I wonder what about me would cause me to receive less than great customer service.. would cause this company to discriminante against paying customers) I resolved my own issue by calling myself (doing Deshaun's job) like I was an employee myself. I feel like I should be compensated for those two hours of work that I had to put in for Enterprise. I expect this fooliness from Hertz or Avis maybe but not Enterprise.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service, and terrible scheduling. When insurance approves a rental car it should be top priority over walk ins. Never sending my clients to this location again.

I was in a car accident. Chris helped make sure I got a comparable vehicle asap. Even through the issues we had with the insurance company he remained professional, helpful and positive about everything. Things did not work out the best with the situation that I, Chris or enterprise had to do with. Chris was great to work with through them.This was nothing less than a great experience with Chris and team at Enterprise.

Chris and team have been PHENOMENAL helping me with a rental car while my car has been in the shop after an accident. They were quick to get with my insurance to approve a swap out to 4WD when the weather got bad - the process was completely seamless. Chris only wants the best for his customers & I am very grateful for all his help during a time that could have been really stressful.Even if it’s a little further of a drive for you, I highly recommend this specific Enterprise vs others in the area. While I was waiting for my swap out, I heard multiple customers calling asking for Chris - he treats everyone with the best experience possible. Great experience & great people!

Literally the best enterprise I have ever been to. This is my favorite location and I will never ever go to another location and I rent cars frequently Chris the Manager above and beyond amazing if I could give more than five stars I absolutely would. He is literally my favorite. Thank you so much Chris.

Chris is professional and cordial. He will go above and beyond to take care of all my travel needs and requests. His customer service is exceptional and he is the reason I will go out of my way (additional 10 miles) to rent vehicles from his store.Cars are clean and variety of choices to choose from.

Had an awful day where I was in an accident and had no car. My insurance put me in touch with this Enterprise location and within half an hour they called me to set up a time to get a rental vehicle sorted out. When I mentioned I couldn't give them a set time that I'd be up there because I had no car, they set up a time to come pick me up and take me to the location.The pickup driver was very sweet and polite! We chatted on the way there and he really put me at ease. When I explained my situation and the details of the accident to the office staff (I was not at fault), they decided to upgrade my rental for free! They were sympathetic and polite and very quick getting everything sorted out and the paperwork squared away for me too. From the time they picked me up to the time I got home in my nice shiny rental, it was only about an hour.I will definitely be keeping Enterprise and this location in mind for any future rental needs!
