Never ever book a car from this branch. After booking the car , I got a confirmation about availability. But when I went to pickup the vehicle and after a wait of an hour in the 2 people in line before me . They told they don't have cars. Very bad experience. They should not have confirmed the reservation if that's the case.

Branch Manager Austin, was absolutely zero help when trying to receive a scheduled rental. We were scheduled to get a Tahoe, got there no Tahoe, offered much smaller SUV, okay I guess it's our only option, going through the paperwork everything's good, it comes to swipe the credit card for the deposit, we swipe the card and it was declined. I immediately recieve a message from my bank asking to activate my card? Weird I use this exact card often for different purchases and bills. Im immediately informed by Austin, the person whos taking care of us, that this card cannot be used again because it was just declined. Extremely strange, he demonstrates by swiping it again and showing the error message. Austin the Branch Manager did not inform me of this policy before swiping the card the first time. I use this credit card that has a $4,000 credit limit all of the time there was no reason for the card to decline in the first place. I've never encountered anywhere where my card would say it would need to be activated again after already being activated. I feel as though the situation was manipulated in a way by Austin for my group of people to not recieve our car. I find it extremely hard to believe that a Branch Manager could behave in the way that he did with such poor customer service, offering zero solutions to try and help or remedy our situation. There was no override suggested or any other route of options. Austin at one point seemed to get aggressive with one of us and started to loudly punch his hands while talking which was pretty jarring. We left pretty shocked as well with zero Tahoe which we were supposed to be leaving with for vacation tonight. Thanks Enterprise

They rep was rude picking up rental and even more rude delivery the rents back. She is the only issue with this enterprise. Rest of staff amazing but she should NOT be at any front counter ever.

Had to get a rental for a couple of weeks while my car was being repaired. The first vehicle was having issues. I kept getting the run around from every body when it came to getting a replacement vehicle. I really didn't feel safe to continue driving the vehicle. The left front wheel was knocking, and the brakes weren't acting right. I called the location where I got the vehicle first. I was told that they didn't have any cars available. I was told to call some other locations to see if they had something. That was the 1st thing they did wrong. It should have been their job to call around and find me a replacement. I called several locations without any luck. I called the location that I had gotten the vehicle from again. They transferred me to the roadside assistance line. They were supposed to have someone from a location near my job call me. I never heard from that location. I called them directly. They said the Roadside Assistance service never contacted them. They still didn't have any vehicles. That's what I tried to tell Roadside assistance because I had talked to that location already. Day 3 I called back the original location. Aaron finally came to my rescue. He was able to go get me a vehicle from their airport location the following day. He delivered it to me at my job. Out of all the people I talked to, he was the only one who did his job. I would give him 5 stars. Since I wasn't paying for the rental, I didn't get to choose what rental company I wanted to use. If I have to ever do this again and I get a choice, I won't pick Enterprise.

I have been trying to reach you guys from 8;00-9:00..l get put on hold for long periods of time. Then l call. Then l call Customer SVC and still get put on hold for long period of time.I need to speak to someone immediately about my current rental and its lack of performance as well as l was given the car with not so welcoming smell..My previous rental was really clean and smelled really good..

The staff is awesome, even though the insurance company, Liberty Mutual, absolutely sucks very very very much. But enterprise is great.

At Enterprise Cincinnati 4080 Rev dr, we had an amazing experience thanks to Dominique, the assistant manager. She was so friendly and efficient. She deserves a bonus as through her conversation, she found out we wanted to buy a car: she immediately offered Enterprise sales, got us in touch with a sales manager and we purchased a car from Enterprise sales in the next week. A great leader !!

I am so pleased with the customer service that I received from Aaron and Zach at 4080 Rev Dr. Cincinnati. They go above and beyond for the service and they really care for the customers. I totally recommend this location. Honestly, the best customer service I ever received!
