Buying a car at Enterprise was easy. The car was clean and the few issues we did have were promptly fixed by the team. Love that you can pay via credit card as well!

I had a great experience with enterprise they found me the car I wanted with almost everything I asked for. The rogue is different from what I'm use to. I'm still trying to get use to it. My only problem with the rogue is it's hard to see when there's a car in my blind spot. So I almost hit quite a few cars. Thank God for horns. But it's scary enough to want to drop the car back off but I'm trying everything I'm just praying for no accidents. But other then that I like the vehicle.
2 years after paying the vehicle off my transmission went out. I’m heart broken because now I need another car.

I was trying to find a decent, reliable, and NOT extraordinarily overpriced vehicle for my 21-year-old daughter. Enterprise Car Sales Of Cincinnati made that happen. Their staff was fantastic, Kala listened to our wants/needs, took the time it took to get to know us and worked hard to make our search a success. I've never encountered such a welcoming environment when purchasing a vehicle like I did here. I had the pleasure of working with Kala, Dustin and Dan. All of them had OUTSTANDING communication and made me feel like they were 1000% on my side. It's like they took the stress and anxiety off of my back. Kala is an exceptional Sales Consulatant who went above and beyond for me and I couldn't thank her enough. Dustin is the definition of a great Manager. He was very transparent and he played a big role in getting the vehicle I wanted. If I had ANY questions about the numbers, Dan had NO problem providing them for me and he had great communication. Dom and her manager were absolutely amazing at assisting me in getting a new vehicle. They went the extra mile and traveled 45+ minutes to pick me up in order to test drive a few vehicles, which was a blessing! Headed straight to work in a new car that same day! Jarin was really helpful in finding me the vehicle I was asking for. Tim, Jim, and everyone were helpful during the process. I am disappointed that the transfer fee did not apply to the vehicle purchase. There are a few minor defects that they said they would address. I trust they will and probably already would have if my schedule wasn’t so busy. I am overall happy with the enterprise car sales experience and the staff at the Cincinnati dealership. Just bought a 2023 Hyundai Tucson from Enterprise and the whole process was an absolute joy. Trevin, our salesman, was knowledgeable and helpful, courteous and friendly without being cloying or pushy. Next time we buy a car, we'll be going back to Enterprise and we hope Trevin is still there when we do.
